The purpose of this page is to provide college officials with comprehensive guidance on accessing Global’s SAINT Director application, completing their account profile setup, requesting access to additional campuses, and deactivating accounts for officials who are no longer affiliated with the institution.
Institutions are responsible for managing their officials’ access to the SAINT Director application. This responsibility includes the timely submission of a Client User Change Request Form whenever any of the following situations occur:
New Login Request
Select this option when a college official does not currently have access to any Global School Numbers within the SAINT Director system and requires initial access.
Additional/Change School Access
Select this option when a college official needs to have access granted to, or removed from, specific Global School Numbers within the SAINT Director system.
Disable Account Request
Select this option when a college official no longer requires access to any Global School Numbers within the SAINT Director system and their account should be deactivated.
Navigate to Global’s Report Server by selecting the Report Server button on the main interface.
Note: If an active official is already logged into SAINT Director, they may alternatively access the Report Server by clicking Help > Report Web Application (proceed directly to Step 3).
On the Report Server login screen, enter your active SAINT Director credentials to gain access.
Once logged into the Report Server, select the User Documentation button.
Open the Global Forms folder.
Click the 10. Miscellaneous folder.
Select the appropriate version of the 10-01 Client User Change Request Form:

Officials will be required to identify the type of Account Type required, identify any Communication Request required, and provide User Information when completing the Client User Change Request Form.
For audit purposes, the Client User Change Request Form MUST BE SIGNED with a physical or digital signature by both the USER and an APPROVING AUTHORITY is required before access can be granted. Text based signatures are not acceptable. The form MUST also be DATED by the APPROVING AUTHORITY.
*A date in a digital signature of the Approving Authority is sufficient, if used.
Option 1:
The completed form can be emailed to your Client Service Representative (CSR). Due to the form contianing Personal Identifiable Information (PII), it must be password protected. The password must be sent in a separate email.
Option 2:
College officials with access may upload the completed form on Global's Secure File Transfer Portal (SFTP). When using this develivery method, password protected is not required. After uploading, the College Official must notify their CSR via email to advise them of the form's location for processing.
