Bro you can't get a coin with heads without tail. You can't be happy without getting sad. It's a package.

That's what happens when you rely on mental or material stuff. That doesn't mean to stop interacting through them, because if we stop so it's call suicide. What I mean is to not seek for satisfaction from them. I might have already said it, what I do is just look all things and people in life as if you are a minion (i like them, but m not like them.lol) or like a small child. They are so pure that they don't judge/ label/ expect/ bias anything. They just observe 👁️

It's very simple. Give it a try, think of it as a new specs you got today from me, 

Whenever you feel frustrated or angry by someone, look at them as if ur a kid all your negativity is gone just like that. 

Observe them, Just chill

Life is not at all short, if you start observing consciously every second.
