Mother Cow

Lets Serve our Mother Cow

Cows play a vital role not only from Hindu mythology point of views but also from scientific points of views. Lord Krishna became Gopal because he used to serve cows & once saved cows from the torrential rain.

That's why it holds a separate place in the Hindu's hearts. Cows give us milk which is not less than our mother's milk.If there is a cow in our family & something bad happens with the family then cow too becomes sad. If you feed cow daily & one day get ready go to cow rub your hand on the cow's back & leave your home for couple of days. Same think you do again then you will see that leaving time cow begins to shed tears. This shows that cows are not less than our family members. We drink her milk that's why she is not less than our mother.

From an environmental standpoint:- cattle play an irreplaceable role in maintaining top soil, promoting biodiversity, protecting wildlife habitat, reducing the spread of wildfires, providing natural fertiliser and so much more. Plus, cattle utilise land that would otherwise remain unproductive for humans.🙏🏻

All mothers should hold a position of respect. Since one does not kill and eat one’s mother; the cow should not be killed and eaten. Likewise, the bull is our father because he can plow the earth to produce food grains. One does not kill and eat one’s father and mother—not even when they are old and less economically useful.

Five thousand years ago, Lord Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, appeared on earth to protect His devotees and to demonstrate His pastimes. Among those pastimes was His childhood role as a cowherd boy. The cows were very dear to Him because of their affectionate and gentle nature as well as their contributions to human society. Lord Krishna was kind to the cows in return and protected them. We should follow His example because without following his principles lives will become hell.
