How to join a class in Google Classroom

1. Click JOIN in the email invitation.

2. You will be asked to confirm if you want to join the class. Click JOIN. (Make sure you're signed in to the right account).

3. You'll be taken to the class.

1. They open their Google Classroom and click on the + icon on the courses page.

2. They click 'Join class'.

3. They enter the class code they were given and click 'JOIN'. This will open the class and take them to the Stream tab.

The advantage of the second method is that no email addresses are needed to share the class. However, it does rely on the students to set up the Classroom first. Whereas, the first method, allows them just to click on the email, but then you have to get all their email addresses first.
