Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship, which the GCC Scholars Program is happy to provide. Students in the GCC Scholars Program who have a college GPA of 3.0 or higher and are in good standing are qualified to apply. This opportunity would not be made possible without the help of our Scholars members. Their hard work, dedication, and motivation is what drives this program to succeed year after year.

WHO IS QUALIFIED TO APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
Scholars in the GCC Scholars Program who have a college GPA of 3.0 or higher and good standing are qualified to apply.
WHAT IS THE SELECTION PROCESS LIKE?
Applications are anonymous and will be reviewed by the Scholars Program Director--Dr. Harnett (scholars@glendale.edu), and Scholars Program Treasurer -- Nicole Kradjian -- addition to the Executive Cabinet. Applications are ranked based on the quality of the answers provided to each question. It is only after being selected to receive a scholarship that your contact information will be traced from your student ID provided in the application.

WHAT IS THE SCHOLARS PROGRAM’S MISSION?
The Glendale Community College Scholars Program has been created to serve the needs of academically driven students, offering them opportunities for more intensive study. We strive to prepare students for the rigors of upper-division work, a lifetime of community-minded activities, and the development of social bonds.
