She is the mastermind behind the Eight Marbles battles (Damn right, I am). In the last battle, she was used by Amrita and almost lost her life - but by utter surprise survived the event (because I am strong like that).
However, after that event - she was bullied by Nanaru (you silver-haired bitch) and abducted by random flatuent girls (the pain) - an event that would give her trauma for quite a while (I mean, wouldn't anyone be like such?).
This time, her appearance may be of a kid (a side-effect of her near survival of the last events, let's pay it no matter) she has kidnapped some flatulent girls of her own (ha, take that - let's see who's having the last laugh now, huh?) and is participating in the fight in her own way (Noone can really best me in battle).

B makes the demon shoot up a tornado on the spot, while C shoots the tornado across.

A counter-based move that Magician uses in mid air. If the opponent attacks her whilst she uses this move, she deals great amounts of damage to the enemy.
If you miss - Magician falls and she has a lot of end-lag.

Magician sets up a magical circle she can stand on into the air.
Once the move is initiated - she stays there for a bit, before jumping up and falling down.

Magician transforms into a demon mid-air, before picking a trajectory (depending on where the player is moving as they begin the move) and then dives down.
Can be used continuously.

Magician charges up and fires a powerful energy ball.
It has some wind-up time.
