We will share our pitch time with the Foundations of Serious Game Grad Students and some Serious Game Students.
Before the Exam start time Tuesday, April 29, 5:45 Prepare a video presenting your project or game
Each team member should present an aspect of the game or project
Consider this a pitch to potential new team members, producers or backers
Time limit is 15 -20 minutes
Be succinct
Share the video with anyone with the link to view (it does not need to be public and may be unlisted as long as the class has access to the video).
Post your video to your Discord channel by Tuesday, April 29, 5:45 (Grades will be in D2L)

The Game Dev Showcase is at the same time as this exam and some of you including me will be participating in that.
Methods for the exam:
In person - no video presentation but 30 second reel or trailer is required
Asynchronous - not in person 15-20 min video required with the 30 second reel in it.
You are not required to attend in person.
You are not required to attend on zoom.
You are not required to attend with your team. All exam responses (comments on other people's pitches) should be done individually instead of as a team.
If you and/or your team does not submit their video by the deadline, at the start of the exam, others will not be required to review it.
You may submit your video before the start of the exam. This is encouraged so that there is not processing time at the beginning of the exam.

Reviews are a skill - Repeat the aims of the project, then consider the guidelines. Not all areas need to be discussed. Use your particular expertise and examples to provide feedback and insight. Provide professional examples when helpful.
Deadline for submitting the comments Thursday May 1 at 3:00
If there are not videos for you to review by one hour after the deadline you are not required to review your set.
If you shared in class with no video we may switch the reviewers to people that were present.
