Please, do not use the expression 'new technologies'. It's not really frequent in English. You DO talk about:

• The use of technology in education

• Technology is changing our lives

• Technology is helping us through the pandemic

or

• ICT coordinator

You talk about technology in the singular.

If you need to use 'ICT' (Information and Communication Technology'), again, use it in the singular.
