HOW TO ENTER FLAT MODE

• Log in on a FrameVR environment by selecting CONNECT. 

• At the bottom of your 3D view you can select the four squares at the right in the menu.

• You will now enter the Flat Mode.

• You will now see all the assets that are placed in the 3D grid.

• If you select WEBCAMS at the top menu, you will not see all the assets in the GRID, only the webcams and names of the users. 

• The 'Sasha - chatbot' will also be there to ask questions to.

• The CHAT can be activated by selecting the chat balloon icon at the right top. 

• You can activate your microphone and webcam at the bottom of your screen.

• To have a transcription of the meeting, select the round disc in the menu below.
