If you want to capture the things you do and say in the virtual area. You can use a screen recorder which is built in in Windows.
FOR WINDOWS 10 & 11 COMPUTERS - INSTANT RECORDING
Press and hold the Windows key + the ALT key and press the R key
The recording will start immediately
A small window will appear at the right top with a red button in it and a microphone symbol
Press the mic symbol to activate your de-activate your own microphone if you need to record that also (whatever is needed)
When you want to stop recording, press the RED button.
The recording will be in a folder C:/Users/<username>/Videos/Captures
FOR WINDOWS 11 COMPUTER - SNIPPING TOOL
Press and hold the WINDOWS key + the SHIFT key and press the R key
A small window at the top will open where you have to select the recording area, select the option: window.
Click on the window you want to record.
Drag the borders at the top and bottom
Click START to record
Click the MIC on and off for your own microphone to be recorded, when needed
To stop the recording Click the RED button at the top of your screen.
The Snipping tool will open
The recording can be saved by clicking on the SAFE icon at the right top
The video will also be saved automatically at C:/Users/<username>/Videos/Screen Recordings
