Primary Function: 

The primary function of this role is to support key human resources initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assest with:

  • FLSA classification review

  • Support the launch of global culture and engagement committee

  • Pay band research and career pathing support

  • Succession planning and high-potential pipeline support

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
