42 year old Mike Ramos was shot and killed in a parking lot of a South Austin apartment complex after a false tip was called in of "two suspicious men doing drugs in a car". Ramos was first fired at with a non-lethal bean bag while his hands were in the air. Ramos got into his car for safety. The other officer continued with a rifle.
