Adaptive Training Academy: Follow them on Instagram and you'll have a birds eye view into the community of disability athletes, I found tremendous inspiration and understanding by doing this! ATA also provides certification training for crossfit style activities.

National Parent Center on Transition and Employment: Parent center on transition has a great resource library that can be used with individuals, families and school teams to support self determination for youth with disabilities.

National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: this key resource provide information, tools, and supports to assist multiple stakeholders in delivering effective services and instruction for secondary students and out of school youth with disabilities.

Netflex Kids: Studio: Adapted physical education teachers who have created interesting videos of engaging physical activity.

Physical Activity Guidelines, 2nd edition (2018): Every teacher and therapist should have a thorough understanding of this document to support youth get the physical activity that they need for health AND work; lots of free infographics at CDC website.

Toolkit 4APE: Website created by adapted PE teachers with resources and activities.
