***For this Assignment, each student will need at least 8 peers + yourself to accomplished the task.
1. Create a Cloud Meeting using Google Meets (Links to an external site.) as the host.
2. Take a Screenshot of your meeting invitation that shows the meeting title, meeting link, and meeting time.
3. Invite 4 classmates to join your cloud meeting by sending the meeting invitation link.
4. Make sure you communicate the meeting time with your peers before setting up Google meets. Therefore they can all join the meeting for Task 2.
5. Upload the Screenshot to your Google Drive.
6. Copy & paste the Screenshot share link to the assignment worksheet.
1. Take a Screenshot of the "Cloud Meeting Group Photo" after 4 classmates joined your meeting room.
2. Each student should create one Google meeting as the host. If the same group of 5 students wants to help each other, each student needs to take turns to be the host of the meeting and take 5 group photos with different poses.
3. Screenshot group photo requirement:
a. All 5 students show their name (nickname or initials are fine, as long as I can figure out that it is you.)
b. All 5 students show their faces OR Meeting Host must show his/her face.

Submission

2. Save and name the file to "Week 9 Assignment_Your Lastname."
3. Fill out the worksheet.
4. Each student submits an individual worksheet.
5. Submit a DOCX file of the worksheet.
(1) Late Assignment: 10 % off possible grades for late submission within 1 week after the due date. Late submission 1 week after the Due date will not be graded.
(2) The assignment submission with failed links or access denied links would become a late assignment. Please fix the links and resubmit the assignment within 1 day after the Notice.
