My Teaching Philosophy

1. I believe that education should develop both knowledge and character.
   As a Licensed Professional Teacher with eight years of teaching experience, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident to participate and express themselves.

2. I believe that learning becomes effective when lessons are interactive and meaningful.
   As a Science major teaching primary and junior high school learners, I use engaging strategies that connect lessons to real-life situations and help students develop their speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills.

3. I believe that every student learns differently.
   That is why I adjust my teaching methods according to students’ needs, abilities, and learning styles to help them succeed at their own pace.

4. I believe that values formation is an important part of education.
   As a volleyball coach, I promote discipline, respect, teamwork, and responsibility—values that support both academic success and personal growth.

5. I believe that teachers should inspire confidence and motivation.
   My goal is to guide learners step by step, celebrate their progress, and help them become independent, responsible, and confident individuals prepared for future opportunities.
