DYNAMIC ENGLISH LESSONS THAT GO BEYOND THE PAGE AND INTO REAL-WORLD APPLICATION

Hello parents and students,

I’m Teacher Nadine, and I’m excited to be part of your English journey with Gamcho English. Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students of different ages—young learners, teens, and adults—in both online and face-to-face settings, including our incoming Gamcho English tour. I’ve also had the chance to work with government initiatives for two years, helping struggling readers in the Philippines.

With a background in Bachelor of Elementary Education, I believe learning should be fun, engaging, and meaningful, so I design lessons that are game-based, interactive, and focused on real-life communication. I also help students build strong English skills through structured practice, clear outputs, and real-world application, so they can use English confidently in everyday situations. PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND TEACHING EXPERTISE

Over the years, I gained strong experience teaching elementary students in both group classroom settings and online learning environments. I also worked with students of all ages—from 8 years old up to 40 years old—through one-on-one ESL tutoring, including Japanese and Korean learners, helping them build confidence in speaking, reading, and real-life communication.

I also had opportunities to develop my teaching skills through public speaking and resource speaker experiences, and I’ve received recognition for my presentations. I regularly join meaningful webinars and teacher training programs to continue growing as an educator. These experiences help me refine my teaching strategies, create engaging lesson activities, and ensure that each class is both effective and enjoyable for student.

MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

I believe students learn best when they do it themselves.

So in my class, I let students:

✓ speak

✓ think and answer

✓ share

✓ ask questions

✓ produce outputs

✓ use English in real situations

✓ make mistakes and learn from them

Instead of the teacher doing all the talking, students actively practice and apply English in real situations. This helps them build confidence, remember more, and develop real communication skills because they are the ones doing the learning—not just listening. My approach is student-centered, meaning the lesson is designed around the student’s needs, interests, and progress.
