Throughout this year, I have continued to grow as an ESL educator by refining my teaching strategies to support students at different English proficiency levels. Working with learners from various backgrounds has strengthened my ability to adjust lesson pacing, language support, and instructional methods to meet each student’s specific learning needs. I focused on creating engaging, student-centered classes that build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Through this experience, I have further developed my skills in providing clear guidance, individualized feedback, and a supportive environment that helps ESL students feel comfortable and successful using English.
