ERPT liaison - Project serves as a vital part to ERPT and Gold Command, bringing experience, strong communication, and clear direction to the team. As a key link between ERPT and the wider operations of PD, he ensures everything runs smoothly at the highest level. If information needs to flow between other divisions or major decisions need oversight, Project is the one taking charge and keeping everything aligned with Gold Command standards. 

The role of the ERPT Command Team is to inspire and motivate officers, helping drive the division forward and continuously improve its standards. They maintain direct communication with Gold Command to push for positive and exciting changes within the division. The team also liaises with other divisons across the PD to ensure the force operates as a cohesive and efficient whole.

Above all, their primary responsibility is to listen to the members of the division  addressing concerns, answering questions, and finding effective solutions to any issues that arise. The ERPT Command Team is here to support, guide, and strengthen the division every step of the way.
