Strikes

Strikes and punishments can change throughout your PD career, this is because each division has its own punishments and reasons for punishments. Within ERPT strikes and punishments can lead to certain things such as:

Demotions
Suspensions
Removals

Reasons for Punishments

⁌ Not meeting minimum hours a week (3.5 from Probationary to Senior Response Officers and 5 for Advanced Response Officers+)

⁌ Wearing an incorrect uniform

⁌ Misuse of police-issued equipment

⁌ Not completing training / Ride along hours (Advanced Response Officers +)

⁌ Improper Police Conduct

⁌ PD Punishment (T1, T2, T3)

However, punishments don't always stay on your record, after a month you can appeal the punishment by messaging your divisional command or by submitting a strike appeal form located HERE
