Design and implement an IT engagement model (chapter 6)

To sustain focus on iteratively building and leveraging a foundation for execution, companies need a formal IT engagement model.
Three ingredients are critical:
- (1) IT governance at the senior levels of the company.
- (2) disciplined project management across all major projects, and
- (3) linkages to ensure that IT governance and project management mutually reinforce one another.
