"The Cali KGB"
The Cali Cartel is responsible for leaking chlorine into the sewer which caused many deaths in the area of Yumbo. Gilberto is unhappy with the work done by his men and looks for ways to resolve this incident. This happens around the same time as the announcement of the cartel ending its production and distribution of cocaine. This causes an issue between the amnesty the government and the cartel possibly had. At this time, Claudio is missing from home causing María to panic. In New York, Chepe had hit a wall when learning that there were new buyers and sellers in his area, reducing the amount of stock that the cartel was able to get. Finding out who was taking over what would have been his, he guns down the rival team to secure what belonged to him. Back in Columbia, María had tried to come in contact with anyone to find out what had happened to Claudio, only to be picked up and taken to one of the leaders of the Cali Cartel, at this moment she learns that Claudio is dead. Gilberto uses Jorgé to blackmail the district safety inspector to keep the cartel's name out of the headlines for the chlorine leak. This works in the cartel's favor, the district safety inspector announces that there was a faulty valve somewhere within the area of Yumbo. The episode ends with Peña watching the news broadcast about Yumbo and going to Agent Feistl telling him to make his way into Cali.

Exposure: False hero is exposed (Deputy safety inspector claims the Chlorine leak was by a faulty valve, although he knows that is not the case)
