Escobar attempts to reach out to the presidents of Colombia and the United States from his hiding place. The DEA and other agencies are restructured and relocated, and Murphy and Peña get a new boss named Messina. Quica and Limon are spotted buying a toilet for Escobar. His hideout is located and attacked, but he escapes.
