What is AI?
Ai is something that allows computers and other tech to almost think and solve problems in the way a human can, the difference being that computers don't have feeling or the ability to fully think like a human. It essentially provides computer programs the ability to think by itself. Ai can be used in many different ways from helping you layout an important email to writing a whole essay you want based on a few words or a question.

Disadvantages to using AI- On most of the websites that i have taken a look at, one of the biggest disadvantages of AI developing is the fact that AI could potentially force people out of work (unemployed). According to the website i have been looking at, by 2030 an approximated that between 3 and 14 % of the global workforce will have to find other jobs as they will be replaced with AI machines in order to do the work for them. The transition for many Countries to become more automated will be very challenging as lower skilled set jobs will feel the impact of becoming automated a lot more strongly.
Another disadvantage of AI is its lack of transparency, just because AI might always seem trustworthy and correct you should always double check as depending on how the ai was set up it could have been set up to have a bias opinion on something. AI can also be very faulty due to input data being wrong or filled with errors. This leads me onto algorithms, algorithms are completely unexplainable or kept in secret in the interest of the AIs producers. This is another thing that makes AI so unpredictable and sort of bias as we still don't have a full understanding of the faults or risks of using AI.

Advantages to using AI- Reduction in human error (efficiency)- Ai significantly reduces errors leading it to increase accuracy making it an extremely precise thing to use when you need. According to the website above, the choices make by AI are decided by information previously gathered and a set of algorithms making errors be reduced to almost none.
Cost reduction- As humans, we are unable to work all day constantly without a break whereas AI can work around the clock. AI is being used more now for tedious lower skilled jobs in order for human to work on higher skilled more interesting jobs, this makes more money overall for the consumer. Personally i still don't feel this is the best way to develop as i feel it takes away from actual humans that need the work, although AI is replacing lower skilled set jobs it is still kicking to many people out of work.

If i needed to or wanted to there are many ways that AI could help me during my FMP ranging from generating some song ideas along to the marketing and promotion sector. Sites such as Canva and Voicemod are AI generators that can come up with catchy melodies and also can assist in song creation.
