WELCOME

Welcome to my personal and professional website, where you can learn more about my diverse experiences and contributions in the field of international arbitration and beyond.

As an experienced international arbitration practitioner, I have built a solid career over the past decade working in London, Hong Kong, New York and New Zealand. My expertise spans commercial and investment treaty arbitration, and I am recognised as one of the four most highly regarded individuals in the Asia-Pacific region by Who's Who Legal - Future Leaders - Arbitration. I am particularly passionate about exploring the intersection of technology and dispute resolution.

In addition to my arbitration career, I have held significant board and leadership positions in the NGO sector. For three years, I have served as a Board Director of ArbitralWomen (a French-registered charity) and recently joined the Leadership Team of Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$ (a Hong Kong-registered charity).

My work with arbitration-related initiatives includes contributions to ArbitralWomen, the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, the Arbitration Lunch Match in Hong Kong, and more.

One of my proudest achievements is the establishment of the Mandarin Arbitration Salon, which facilitates small-group discussions in Mandarin with leading arbitrators and arbitration experts.

Beyond my professional endeavours, I am also deeply committed to community-related work. I volunteer for two Hong Kong-based charities, Girls Just Wanna Have Fund$ and Pro Bono Hong Kong, and actively engage with the Yale Club of Hong Kong.

I invite you to explore my website to discover more about my experiences and the impact I strive to make in the world of international arbitration and my community.
