I am passionate about mentoring and supporting young lawyers by guiding them in their development and arbitrating moot competitions. 

In this interview series, I discuss dispute resolution mechanisms with in-house counsel and ombuds, sharing their insights and advice for young practitioners while educating the next generation of leaders on conflict management strategies as part of CPR Y-ADR's mission.

I am committed to promoting diversity in international arbitration, as it enriches perspectives and decision-making.
