Reflection - Growing and Developing Professionally

The School District fosters a cultural of continuous learning by providing professional development mandatory course every Friday since the pandemic. These courses ranges from technology integration and preparing technology for hybrid learning, diversity and inclusion, social and emotional learning as well as Equitable Classrooms: The 4 Rs of Independent Learning. I have also participated in another district lead PD called 'Tune up Tuesday's.

As part of my commitment to ongoing professional learning I began my doctoral studies in Educational Leadership at the Delaware State University.
