As we experience these unprecedented times and school closures, teachers are forced to keep students connected and engaged in the virtual world. Project-based learning marks the departure from traditional classroom learning and provides a way to transform teaching and learning through technology. With this new approach, it is instructive that students become aware of how to traverse the new and exciting method with the use of technology. With the ISTE standard, it is expected that students model ways that are safe, legal and ethical as they embark on their journey to become successful citizens and professionals. The Unit Plan provides an opportunity for students to research, explore, exhibit, and chose responsible behaviour to become good digital citizens.
