แนวทางการปฏิบัติเมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉิน

เพื่อความปลอดภัยของท่าน กรุณาปฏิบัติตามแนวทางดังต่อไปนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด หากเกิดเหตุไม่คาดฝันซึ่งส่งผลต่อสถานที่และบุคคลภายในงานจำนวนมากในระหว่างช่วงเวลาของการงาน 

1. ตั้งสติ

• ตั้งสติและฟังคำแนะนำจากเจ้าหน้าที่ของห้าง หรือ ทีมสต๊าฟรักษาความปลอดภัยภายในงาน

2. ให้ความสำคัญกับชีวิตเป็นอันดับแรก

• หากไม่มีความจำเป็นเร่งด่วน กรุณาทิ้งทรัพย์สินและสัมภาระของท่านไว้ เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการอพยพ

• ทางงานอาจจะมีการเลื่อนโต๊ะเซอร์เคิลออกเพื่อเคลียร์เส้นทางให้ทุกคนอพยพออกไปทางหนีไฟได้สะดวก

3. อพยพตามเส้นทางที่ปลอดภัย

• มองหา ป้าย "ทางออกฉุกเฉิน" (Exit) ซึ่งอยู่บริเวณทางออกลานจอดรถ ซึ่งเป็นทางหนีไฟหลักของงานเรา

• อย่าใช้ลิฟต์ โดยเด็ดขาด

• ใช้ ทางหนีไฟตามจุดที่ระบุไว้เท่านั้น เพื่อไปยังพื้นที่ปลอดภัยนอกอาคาร ไม่เดินไปยังทางหนีไฟที่ไม่ได้ถูกเขียนแนะนำไว้ เนื่องจากอาจจะเป็นทางที่ไม่สะดวกต่อการใช้งาน อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตรายได้ รวมไปถึงตัวประตูอาจจะถูกล็อคไว้ไม่ให้ใช้งานได้

4. ติดตามการสื่อสาร แจ้งเตือน จากเจ้าหน้าที่

• โปรดฟังประกาศจากระบบเสียงของทางงาน และทางห้างอยู่เสมอ

• เจ้าหน้าที่ประจำจุดจะให้คำแนะนำและช่วยเหลือในการอพยพ

หากพบเห็นบุคคลบาดเจ็บ หรือไม่สามารถช่วยเหลือตนเองได้

ไม่ว่าจะในกรณีเหตุฉุกเฉินหรือในช่วงเวลาปกติ หากท่านพบเห็นบุคคลที่

• ล้มหมดสติ

• บาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุภายในงาน

• แสดงอาการป่วยเฉียบพลัน เช่น หายใจลำบาก หน้ามืด ชัก หรือตอบสนองช้า

• ไม่สามารถเดินหรือช่วยเหลือตัวเองได้ หรืออื่นๆ

กรุณาปฏิบัติดังนี้

1. แจ้งสต๊าฟประจำจุด หรือ ทีมแพทย์/พยาบาลประจำงาน ทันที

2. หลีกเลี่ยงการเคลื่อนย้ายผู้บาดเจ็บด้วยตนเอง โปรดแจ้งสต๊าฟของงานเท่านั้น เนื่องจากมีสต๊าฟของทางงานอยู่ทั่วๆงาน ทางทีมจะประสานงานได้อย่างรวดเร็วทันที

กรณีที่เซอร์เคิลก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสถานที่ หรือ อุบัติเหตุที่เป็นอันตรายชีวิต

• เช่น การใช้วัตถุไวไฟ การใช้สารเคมี ปลั๊กไฟที่ไม่ได้มาตรฐาน การใช้ของมีคม หรือการกระทำใด ๆ อันก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายหรืออันตรายต่อสถานที่และผู้อื่น ทางเซอร์เคิลจะต้องชำระค่าเสียหายเป็นเงินจำนวนขั้นต่ำ 50,000 บาท

• หากมีผู้เสียหายหรือผู้บาดเจ็บอันเกิดจากการกระทำใดๆของทางเซอร์เคิล ทางเซอร์เคิลจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าเยียวยาหรือชดเชยมูลค่าทรัพย์สินที่เสียหายเอง

Emergency Procedures & Guidelines

For your safety, please strictly follow these instructions in the event of an unforeseen incident affecting the venue or participants during the event:

1. Stay Calm

• Remain calm and follow the instructions provided by mall authorities or event security staff

2. Prioritize Life First

• Unless urgent, leave behind your belongings and luggage to facilitate a smooth and swift evacuation.

• (Event staff may reposition Circle tables to clear pathways for direct access to fire exits.)

3. Evacuate via Safe Routes

• Look for "Emergency Exit" signs located near the parking area exits, which serve as the main fire escape routes for the event.

• NEVER use elevators under any circumstances.

• Use designated fire exits only to reach safe outdoor areas. Avoid unguided exits, as they may be obstructed or locked.

4. Follow Official Communications and Alerts

• Listen attentively to announcements over the event and mall public address systems. Stationed staff will guide and assist you during the evacuation.

Assisting Injured or Incapacitated Individuals

Whether in an emergency or during normal event hours, if you encounter anyone who

• Has collapsed / lost consciousness

• Is injured from an accident within the event

• Displays acute medical symptoms (e.g., breathing difficulty, dizziness, seizures, or slow response)

• Is unable to walk or help themselves, or similar situations

Please take the following actions:

1. Immediately notify nearby event staff or the event medical/nursing team.

2. Avoid moving the injured person yourself. Please report directly to event staff, who are stationed throughout the venue to coordinate assistance immediately.

In cases where a Circle causes damage to the venue or life-threatening accidents:

• Actions such as using flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, non-standardized power strips, sharp objects, or any behavior causing damage or danger to the venue and others will require the Circle to pay damages starting at a minimum of 50,000 THB.

• If any injuries or property damage occur as a result of a Circle's actions, that Circle must assume full responsibility for all compensation, medical care, and property loss costs.
