หากมีจุดที่ผิดข้อกำหนดของทีมงาน ทางทีมงานขอสงวนไม่ให้มีการแก้ไขและจะไม่นำใบเมนูนั้นๆขึ้นโปรโมตบนเพจ
*สำหรับเซอร์เคิลที่ส่งใบเมนูมาก่อนการประกาศขยายเวลา สามารถแก้ไขใบเมนูและส่งมาได้ในฟอร์มเดิม
*ขอให้ตรวจสอบใบเมนูก่อนทำการส่งให้ทางทีมงาน ข้อกำหนดและมาตรการการเซ็นเซอร์สินค้าบนใบเมนูนั้น จะเหมือนกับการทำสินค้าขาย
โดยจะบังคับใช้ครอบคลุมทั้งตัวภาพโปรโมตสินค้าและภาพที่ใช้ในการตกแต่งใบเมนู หากมีข้อสงสัยใดๆสามารถสอบถามทีมงานได้ทุกช่องทาง
ข้อแนะนำในการทำใบเมนู
ใบเมนู คือภาพประชาสัมพันธ์สำหรับโปรโมตสินค้าของเซอร์เคิล ซึ่งสามารถนำไปโพสต์บนช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ ของทางเซอร์เคิล เพื่อแนะนำผลงานแก่ผู้ที่สนใจ
ทางงาน ไม่มีข้อกำหนดบังคับ สิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องมีบนใบเมนู ทั้งหมดนี้เป็นเพียงคำแนะนำเพื่อส่งเสริมให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสามารถวางแผนการเดินชมงานและเลือกซื้อสินค้าได้ล่วงหน้า
เนื่องจากในวันจัดงานจะมีเซอร์เคิลเข้าร่วมเป็นจำนวนมาก การเดินสำรวจภายในงานด้วยตาเปล่าอาจทำให้พลาดผลงานที่สนใจไปได้
อย่างไรก็ไรก็ตาม การจัดทำใบเมนูนั้นยังต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏเดียวกับการขายสินค้าในงาน หากมีช้อสงสัยใดๆ สามารถสอบถามทีมงานได้ทุกช่องทาง

การโปรโมตสินค้าบนโซเชียลเน็ตเวิร์ก
เซอร์เคิลสามารถลงใบเมนูที่ทางงานได้ทำการตรวจสอบแล้วได้ โดยไม่ต้องรอให้ถึงวันลงใบเมนูของทางงาน โดยกำหนดลงใบเมนูของงานคือวันที่ 28 ส.ค. 2026
สามารถใช้แฮชแทค #ETTS2026 ในการโปรโมตได้
กรณีเป็นภาพ NSFW ขอให้มีการเซ็นเซอร์ตามไกด์ไลน์ Allowed Products จึงจะสามารถติดแทคได้
หากต้องการโปรโมตผลงานโดยไม่เซนเซอร์ ห้ามใช้แฮชแทคและหลีกเลี่ยงการใช้ชื่องานเต็มๆ
ข้อแนะนำข้อมูลที่จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกผู้ซื้อ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องใส่ทุกอย่าง เป็นการข้อแนะนำเท่านั้น)

Submissions can be made via the form above.
If staff requests revisions, you can make changes until August 27.
Red Zone: August 24 - 27
Circles unable to submit by August 23rd can send the menu(catalogue) via email to ETTS.event@gmail.com.
If there are any violations of the team's requirements, the team reserves the right to refuse any corrections and will not promote that menu on the page.
*For circles that submitted menus before extension of deadline announcement, you can revise your menu and resubmit it using the same form.
*Please check your menu before submitting it to the team. The requirements and measures for censoring products on the menu will be the same as for products for sale.
This will apply to both product promotion images and images used to decorate the menu. If you have any questions, please contact the team through any channel.
Menu (Catalogue) Design Suggestion
A “Menu” or a “Catalogue” is an informant graphic promoting your goods and products. It can be posted and shared via your own Social Media to introduce your work to those interested.
You do not have to put everything on this list in your Menu. This is a suggestion to help promote your works and allow event participants to plan ahead on what to get. There are various circles who will be participating in our event so participants might miss what they would be interested in!
Nevertheless, Circle Menu still needs to comply with our Product guidelines. For further information you can read the article below or contact us via Social Media or email.
Promoting your Products on Social Network
You are welcomed to post your menu that we have checked on your own social media before our posting date (Aug, 28th 2026)
Use Hashtag #ETTS2026 to promote your menu.
If the image is considered NSFW. Please censor the image according to our guideline in Allowed Products to use the hashtag. Please do not use the hashtag if you want to post an uncensored version of your image.
