ข้อห้ามสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

1. ห้ามนำอาหารหรือเครื่องดื่มที่มีกลิ่นแรงหรือไม่มีฝาปิดเข้ามาภายในบริเวณงาน เช่น บะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูป หมูปิ้ง เกี๊ยวซ่า

2. ห้ามวิ่ง นั่ง หรือทำกิจกรรมที่กีดขวางทางเดินบริเวณในงาน กรุณานั่งอยู่ในจุดที่เตรียมไว้ให้ภายในงาน

3. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบริเวณงาน หรือ ในห้องน้ำของทางงาน โปรดปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของห้างสรรพสินค้าที่ตั้งสถานที่จัดงาน

4. ห้ามต่อราคาสินค้าภายในงาน

5. ห้ามนำเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี และ เด็กทารกเข้าไปภายในบริเวณงาน หากเป็นเหตุสุดวิสัยให้นำเด็กมาด้วย สต๊าฟจะไม่รับฝากดูแล เพื่อความปลอดภัยของเด็กและความสะดวกในการดูแล 

   1. • • โดยผู้ปกครองทุกท่านสามารถใช้บริการ Harbor Land ที่อยู่บริเวณชั้นเดียวกันกับสถานที่จัดงานได้ สามารถเช็คค่าใช้จ่ายของ Harbor Land ได้ที่นี่

        • ในกรณีที่มีผู้สูงอายุติดตามมาด้วยและผู้สูงอายุไม่สะดวกเข้างาน สามารถพาท่านไปพักผ่อนรอที่บริเวณ Harbor Land ได้เช่นกัน โดยไม่มีค่าบริการ

6. ห้ามเดินเร่ขายสินค้าภายในบริเวณงาน

7. กรุณาแต่งกายให้เหมาะสมกับสถานที่และโอกาส โดยหลีกเลี่ยงเสื้อผ้าหรือเครื่องประดับที่มีขนาดใหญ่จนเกินไป ซึ่งอาจขัดขวางการเคลื่อนไหวในพื้นที่แออัด หรือบังทัศนวิสัยของผู้อื่น

   1. • ทรงผมหรืออุปกรณ์ตกแต่งศีรษะ เช่น หมวกหรือเครื่องประดับ ควรมีขนาดพอเหมาะและไม่บังทัศนวิสัยของผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่น

8. ห้ามพกพาสิ่งของที่แสดงภาพล่อแหลม เช่น หนังสือที่ปกมีภาพไม่เหมาะสมต่อเยาวชน, ถุงหรือเสื้อผ้าที่สกรีนลวดลายไม่เหมาะสมต่อเยาวชน โดยไม่บรรจุห่อทึบ

9. ห้ามพกอาวุธ สิ่งที่ใกล้เคียงกับอาวุธในความเป็นจริงมาเกินไป หรือสิ่งของอันตรายต่างๆ เข้าภายในบริเวณงาน มีด ของมีคม หรือสิ่งของที่อาจก่อให้เกิดอันตราย

10. ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าไปภายในบริเวณงานเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความวุ่นวาย หากมี Service animals โปรดนำใบรับรอง มามอบให้กับทางสต๊าฟ ณ ตอนซื้อ/รับบัตร

    1. • สำหรับผู้ที่มี Service animals โปรดมีป้ายเตือนผู้ที่ผ่านไปมาว่าห้ามเล่น, ทัก, รบกวน Service animals ของคุณ

       • หากพบ Service animals ห้ามก่อกวนหรือพยายามเล่นกับน้อง ๆ โดยเด็ดขาด ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการชี้ ทัก สบตา หรือพูดคุยด้วย

       • ทางสต๊าฟไม่รับฝากสัตว์เลี้ยง

11. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์สามารถนำให้ตั้งขาตั้งกล้อง วางโทรศัพท์มือถือบนขาตั้งพื้น หรือตั้งไฟเพิ่มเติม ฯลฯ ภายในพื้นที่ ได้เฉพาะซอร์เคิลถ่ายภาพเท่านั้น
    หากไม่ได้จองบูธถ่ายภาพ จะไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ทุกอุปกรณ์จะต้องถือด้วยตนเองหรือเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ติดอยู่กับตัวเท่านั้น 

มารยาทและข้อควรปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

1. สามารถถ่ายรูปภาพรวมบรรยากาศในงานได้

   1. • ห้ามใช้ขาตั้งหรือไฟถ่ายภาพวางพื้น (สามารถใช้แบบถือได้)

      • หากต้องการถ่ายรูปเจาะจงเฉพาะคน เช่น คอสเพลย์เยอร์, เซอร์เคิล ฯลฯ โปรดรักษามารยาทและขออนุญาตก่อน

      • โปรดสังเกตป้ายชื่อเซอร์เคิลว่าอนุญาตให้ถ่ายรูปหรือไม่ หากได้กรุณาแจ้งทางเซอร์เคิลก่อน

2. ควรเตรียมเงินให้พอดีกับราคาสินค้าเพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็วในการซื้อขายและช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เซอร์เคิล

3. ไม่กระทำสิ่งที่ก่อให้เกิดความวุ่นวายหรือสร้างความลำบากใจแก่ทางเซอร์เคิล เช่น การแซงคิว การยืนขวางหน้าเซอร์เคิลเป็นเวลานาน การพูดจาไม่ให้เกียรติความชอบและสินค้าของเซอร์เคิล

4. ไม่ควรนำเงินไว้ในห่อที่ปิดมิดชิดหรือแกะออกมานับยาก เช่นซองขาว ถุงพลาสติกเย็บแม็ก เหรียญซ้อนติดเทป

5. ควรช่วยกันรักษาความสะอาดภายในงาน หากมีขยะให้นำไปทิ้ง ณ จุดที่สต๊าฟเตรียมไว้ให้

6. หากพบผู้เข้าร่วมงานท่านอื่นเป็นลม บาดเจ็บ หรือมีอาการป่วยอื่น ๆ ให้แจ้งสต๊าฟเพื่อนำส่งฝ่ายพยาบาล หากเป็นกรณีโรคประจำตัวกำเริบให้แจ้งเพิ่มเติมทันที

7. กระเป๋าที่ใช้เก็บสัมภาระควรรูดซิปหรือไว้ใกล้ตัวตลอดเวลา หากเกิดการสูญหาย ทางสต๊าฟไม่สามารถนำมาคืนให้ท่านได้ทุกชิ้นเสมอไป

8. หากพบบุคคลน่าสงสัย ถูกคุกคาม เกิดเหตุทะเลาะเบาะแว้ง หรือ เหตุฉุกเฉินอื่น ๆ กรุณาแจ้งสต๊าฟที่อยู่ใกล้เคียง หรือที่บูธสต๊าฟ หรือส่ง Report ทันทีเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกคน

9. หากผู้เข้าร่วมงานสวมหน้ากากที่ปิดใบหน้ามิดเช่น เช่น หน้าด็อกเตอร์ ฯลฯ ขอให้ถอดหน้ากากออกในขั้นตอนซื้อบัตรเข้างาน สำหรับในบริเวณฮอลล์งานนั้นสามารถใส่หน้ากากในบริเวณงานได้ตามปกติ  และขอความร่วมมือถอดหน้ากากออกเมื่ออยู่ในห้างสรรพสินค้าเพื่อความเรียบร้อยในการรักษาความปลอดภัย

10. โปรดเอื้อเฟื้อทางสัญจร แก่ผู้ที่มีข้อจำกัดทางการเคลื่อนไหว เช่น ผู้ใช้วีลแชร์, ไม้เท้า หรือ ไม้ค้ำ เป็นต้น

Prohibited Items for Attendees:

1. No strong-smelling or unsealed food or drinks are allowed inside the event area, such as instant noodles, grilled pork, or dumplings.

2. Do not run, sit, or engage in any activities that obstruct walkways within the event area. Please remain seated in designated areas.

3. No smoking is allowed inside the event area or in the restrooms. Please adhere to the regulations of the shopping mall where the event is held.

4. No prices bargaining 

5. No children under 12 years old and infants are allowed inside the event area. Unless absolutely necessary, please bring your child with you.
   Staff will not provide childcare services for the safety and convenience of the child.

   1. • Parents/guardians may use Harbor Land located on the same floor as the event venue. Harbor Land fees can be checked here.

      • If you are accompanied by an elderly person who is unable to enter the event area, they may wait at Harbor Land free of charge.

6. No street vending is allowed inside the event area.

7. Please dress appropriately for the venue and occasion. Avoid oversized clothing or accessories that may hinder movement in crowded areas or obstruct the view of others.

8. Hairstyles and head accessories such as hats or jewelry should be of appropriate size and not obstruct the view of other attendees.

   1. • Do not bring items with inappropriate imagery, such as books with covers unsuitable for minors, bags, or clothing with inappropriate designs without opaque packaging.

9. Do not bring weapons, objects resembling weapons, or any dangerous items into the event area. This includes knives, sharp objects, or anything that may cause harm.

10. Do not bring pets into the event area to avoid disturbances. If you have service animals, please provide a certificate to the staff when purchasing/receiving your ticket.

    1. • For those with service animals, please place a sign warning passersby not to play with, greet, or disturb your service animals.

       • If you encounter service animals, do not harass or attempt to play with them in any way, including pointing, greeting, making eye contact, or talking to them.

       • The staff does not offer pet boarding services.

11.  We reserve the right to prohibit the use of tripods or floor-mounted mobile phones. Setting up additional lighting, etc., within the area is only permitted for photography circles.
    
    Photo booths that have not been reserved will not be allowed. All equipment must be carried by yourself or be attached to your body only.

Etiquette and guidelines for participants:

1. Overall photos of the event atmosphere are permitted.

   1. • Tripods and floor-mounted lighting are prohibited (handheld cameras are allowed).

      • If you wish to take photos of specific individuals, such as cosplayers or circles, please be courteous and ask for permission beforehand.

      • Please check the circle's sign to see if photography is permitted. If permission is granted, please inform the circle beforehand.

2. Please prepare the exact amount of money for the goods to facilitate quick transactions and assist the circles.

3. Do not engage in behavior that causes disruption or inconvenience to the circles, such as cutting in line, standing in front of a circle for a long time, or speaking disrespectfully about the circles' products and services.

4. Do not keep money in tightly sealed or difficult-to-count packages such as white envelopes, stapled plastic bags, or coins taped together.

5. Please help maintain cleanliness within the event area. If there is trash, please dispose of it at the designated areas provided by the staff.

6. If you see another participant who has fainted, is injured, or has other illnesses, please inform the staff so they can be taken to the medical team. If a pre-existing condition worsens, please inform us immediately.

7. Bags used for carrying belongings should be zipped up or kept close to you at all times. In case of loss, the staff cannot always return every item.

8. If you encounter any suspicious individuals, are being threatened, are involved in a quarrel, or experience any other emergency, please notify nearby staff, the staff booth, or submit a report immediately for the safety of all attendees.

9. If attendees are wearing masks that cover their entire face, such as doctor's masks, etc., please remove them when purchasing tickets. Masks may be worn within the event hall area as usual, but please remove them when inside the shopping mall for security purposes.

10. Please be considerate of those with mobility limitations, such as wheelchair users, those using canes, or crutches.
