สินค้าที่อนุญาตให้ขายในงาน

*คำว่าเกมที่ระบุไว้ด้านล่างต่อไปนี้ หมายถึง เกม Arknights หรือ Arknights : Endfield

*สำหรับผลงานบางประเภท จะมีข้อกำหนดโดยละเอียดเพิ่มเติมในคู่มือของเซอร์เคิลในอนาคต

O ประเภทสินค้าที่สามารถขายได้

• Fanbooks

• หนังสือที่มีเนื้อหาและ/หรือภาพประกอบที่มีการอ้างอิงถึงเกม เช่น บทสรุปเกม, ไดอารี่ คอมมิค หรือบทความเล่าประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวงการเกม etc. (พิจารณาเป็นรายผลงาน)

• โปสการ์ด และ อาร์ตปริ้น

• พวงกุญแจ และ สแตนดี้ รูปแบบต่าง ๆ

• ของที่ระลึกต่าง ๆ เช่น แก้ว เสื้อ ถุงผ้า

• สินค้า Handicraft (เช่น งานหล่อเรซิ่น ถักไหมพรม แกะสลักไม้ งานปั้น งานร้อยลูกปัด และ อื่นๆ)

  • ข้อบังคับในการขายงานประเภท Handicraft

    • ในกรณีต้องการขายสินค้าผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องหอมและเครื่องสำอาง จะต้องมีทะเบียนสรรพสามิต และ ใบอนุญาต, หนังสือรับรองที่ออกโดยทาง และ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา

    • ต้องมีแพคเกจ หรือสติกเกอร์แปะไว้ชัดเจนว่าเป็นตัวละครไหน หากชิ้นเล็กจนไม่สามารถแปะหรือใส่แพคเกจเป็นรายชิ้นได้ จะต้องมีแยกสัดส่วนไว้ชัดเจน

    • หากมีการนำภาพของนักวาดท่านอื่นมาสร้างผลงาน Handicraft หรือนำมาทำป้ายระบุชื่อตัวละคร โปรดแนบหลักฐานให้สต๊าฟในวันส่งฟอร์มยืนยันเซอร์เคิล

    • ห้ามนำ Asset ของ Official มาร่วมผลิตเด็ดขาด เช่น ภาพจาก Official โลโก้จาก Official

• เกมแฟนเมด ทั้งเกมดิจิตอล และ เกมกระดาน

• สินค้านักคอสเพลย์ เช่น รูปถ่าย อาร์ตบุ๊ค

• ตุ๊กตาแฟนเมด, อาร์ตทอยแฟนเมด

X สินค้าที่ไม่อนุญาต

• อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม

• สินค้า และ เกม ใด ๆ ที่มีการใช้ AI Generate ภาพประกอบ

• สินค้าแฟนเมดที่มิได้รับอนุญาตจากตัวผู้ผลิตผลงานและสินค้านั้น 

• สินค้า Official และ สินค้ามือสอง ไม่สามารถนำมาขายในงานได้ ในกรณีที่มีการขายสินค้า Official จะต้องเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายอย่างเป็นทางการ

• สินค้าที่มีการเทรซผลงานโดยมิได้รับอนุญาต, นำผลงานของผู้อื่นมาดัดแปลงโดยมิได้รับอนุญาต, asset ที่ datamine มาจากภายในเกม, ภาพจาก Official 

• สินค้าที่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาตามมาภายหลัง โดยดุลยพินิจขึ้นกับทีมงาน

การทำใช้ภาพอ้างอิง ผลงานพาโรดี้ และผลงานที่อ้างอิงจากมีม

การใช้ภาพอ้างอิง

• การลอกเลียนผลงานผู้อื่น  ไม่อนุญาตทุกกรณี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเทรซภาพโดยตรงหรือการฮาร์ทเรฟ

• มีข้อยกเว้น ที่อนุญาตเฉพาะผลงานที่อ้างอิงจากมีมเท่านั้น โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าห้ามนำมีมต้นฉบับมาวาดทาบโดยตรง

ผลงานพาโรดี้

• ห้ามลอกลายเส้นหรือสไตล์ภาพ ในรูปแบบที่ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดว่าเป็น Official ของ Arknights หรือ Arknights : Endfield

• หากมีการตรวจสอบแล้วว่ามีการเทรซรูป ไม่ว่าจะตัวละคร กราฟฟิค asset ต่างๆ ทั้งเจ้าของผลงานอื่น และภาพออฟฟิเชียล ทางงงานจะทำการระงับการขายหรือแจกทันที

ผลงานที่อ้างอิงจากมีม

• อนุญาตใช้มีมเป็นภาพอ้างอิงเพื่อวาดตามเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตผลงานที่วาดด้วยการทาบวาดกับรูปต้นฉบับโดยตรง

โดยการตัดสินจะพิจารณาร่วมจากภาพต้นฉบับและดุลยพินิจของสตาฟ

สินค้า NSFW และ สินค้าที่มีการจำกัดอายุ

สินค้าที่มีเนื้อหาหรือตัวละคร Collab update (14 May 2026)

คำจำกัดความของ "ผลงาน Collab" ภายในงานของเรา

หมายถึง ผลงานที่มีการนำเนื้อหา ตัวละคร หรือองค์ประกอบจาก แฟรนไชส์ Arknights มานำเสนอร่วมกับสื่อหรือแฟรนไชส์อื่นอย่างเป็นทางการโดยทาง Official

โดยทางงานจะจัดอยู่คนละหมวดหมู่กับ Crossover และ ไม่นับว่าเป็นเนื้อหาโดยตรงจากแฟนไชส์ Arknights เช่นกัน

ในกรณีที่ต้องการวางสินค้าที่มีตัวละคร Collab จากด้อมอื่น ในบูธจะต้องสินค้าอาร์คไนท์อย่างต่ำ 1 รายการ

เช่น บนบูธมีโดจิน Arknights 1 รายการ, พวงกุญแจ Togawa Sakiko (ชุดสกินในเกม) 1 รายการ, สติ๊กเกอร์ Marcille (ชุดหลักที่มีในเกม) 1 รายการ

สินค้ากาชาหรือกล่องสุ่ม

• จะต้องมีการแจ้งให้ผู้ซื้อทราบว่ามีสิทธิ์สุ่มได้สินค้าอะไรบ้าง (ห้ามมีตัวซีเคร็ท)

• มีการทำป้ายหรือฉลาก ให้เห็นตัวอย่างทุกลายให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจน

• สามารถกำหนดเรทความยากง่ายในการออก ของแต่สินค้าแต่ละลายได้

Giveaway และ ของแถม

• Giveaway(ของแจก) หมายถึง วัตถุใดๆก็ตาม ที่ทำการแจกฟรี โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวกับการหารายได้
  เช่น การเทรดการ์ดคาแรคเตอร์หรือOC Arknights การทำท่าทางต่างๆที่กำหนดเพื่อรับของแจก เป็นต้น

• ของแถม หมายถึง วัตถุใดๆก็ตาม ที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ เมื่อทำตามเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องการการหารายได้
  เช่น การซื้อสินค้าครบตามราคาที่กำหนด โปรโมชั่นได้รับของแถมเมื่อซื้อสินค้าเป็นเซ็ต เป็นต้น 

• โดยกฎของ Giveaway และของแถม จะใช้กฎกับสินค้าอนุญาตให้นำมาขายในงาน

โดยมีอนุโลมสำหรับ Giveaway ดังนี้

• สามารถแจกนามบัตรได้

• สามารถเป็น Original Character เซ็ตติ้ง Arknights เดี่ยวๆได้ โดยที่ไม่ต้องอยู่กับตัวละครที่มาจากเกม 

• สามารถแจกสินค้าจาก Official ได้

Allowed Merchandise

• Fanbooks

• Books with content or illustration that refers to the game. I.e. Game summary, Diary, comics, or article writing about experiences within the community. (will be judged individually based on the content)

• Postcards or Artprints

• Keychain, Standees

• Cup, Tshirt, Tote Bag

• Handicrafts (i,e. Resin work, crochet, woodwork, sculpt, beadwork, etc)

  • Rules regarding handicrafts

    • In case of perfumes or related products. You must own a manufacturing license or distributing license issued by The Thai FDA

    • Tthe product must clearly represents the characters. This includes stickers or specific packaging. If the merchandise is too small or cannot be packed individually, it has to be separated clearly.

    • If artworks on the merchandise is not done by you, you must provide evidence of permission received from the artist.

    • Using official artwork or assets is strictly prohibited. (i.e.Logo or symbols from the game)

• Fan made game, both digital and physical

• Cosplay goods i.e. Polaroids, photos, artbook

• Fan made dolls, Fan made art toys. 

Prohibited Merchandise

• Food and Beverage

• Merchandise or game with AI generated illustration

• Fanmade merchandises that did not receive selling rights from the owner

• Official or second hand merchandise, Official merchandise can only be sold by those with official distribution rights.

• Artwork that has been traced and altered without permission. Assets that has been datamined from the game, Official artworks.

• Merchandises that may cause disturbance or issue within the community according to the staff discretion.

Merchandise with Collab content or characters update (14 May 2026)

Our Definition of “Collab Product”
Collab Product refers to any product with content, characters, or elements from Arknights franchise along with other franchises by the original publisher.

You must include at least 1 original arknights characters to sell merchandise with collab content or characters.

I.e. 1 Arknights Fan comic, 1 Togawa Sakiko (in game skin) Keychain, 1 Marcille Sticker (main costume in game)

Merchandise with ‘Your’ Original Characters.

Yume, OC x Canon, OC with Arknights or Arknights : Endfield Characters. 

I,e, photocard with your original Liberi character “cannot be sold”

Photocard with your original Liberi character and Chongyue in the same illustration or bundled in a set “can be sold” 

Gacha Merch or Blind Loot Boxes

• Must inform all customers what is inside the gacha (No secret) 

• Must include a sign displaying all sample of what is included clearly

• Each items can have different odds of coming out

Giveaway and Promotional Freebies

• Giveaway refers to any item that you will be giving a way for free with no monetary condition.
  i.e.. trade character cards or Arknights OC. you can includes small activities like striking a pose according.

• Promotional Freebies refers to any item you customers will receive when purchasing condition is met.
  i.e. Making a purchase to a certain prize point, receiving extra goods from buying a set.

• Giveaway and Promotional Freebies must follow same rules as Merchandise.

Some exception for giveaway includes.

• Name card

• Your Arknights Original Character, without any arknights characters in the same picture.

• Official goods.
