NSFW คืออะไร ?

NSFW ย่อมาจาก "Not Safe for Work" 

ใช้บอกเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับการเปิดดูในสถานที่ทำงานหรือที่สาธารณะต่างๆ

เช่น เนื้อหาทางเพศ ความรุนแรง หรือภาพ/ข้อความที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความไม่สบายใจ

ความแตกต่างของ NSFW, NC และ Guro

NC (No Children) หมายถึงเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมกับผู้เยาว์ 

เช่น การกระทำทางเพศและบริบทใด ๆ ที่ก่อให้เกิดการนึกถึงการกระทำทางเพศ, การเห็นอวัยวะเพศ, การเปลือยกาย

โดยหมวดหมู่ NC นั้นถูกจัดอยู่ในประเภทหนึ่งของ NSFW

Guro คืออะไร

ย่อมาจากคำว่า "Grotesque" เป็นคำศัพท์จากญี่ปุ่น ใช้อธิบายถึง ความรุนแรงและความผิดปกติ

มีการแสดงภาพความเสียหายของร่างกาย เช่น บาดแผลลึก ของเสียจากร่างกาย อวัยวะที่ถูกตัดออก เครื่องใน หรือมีการบิดเบือน ดูผิดแปลกไปของร่างกาย

มีความผิดปกติทางกายภาพ การแสดงบาดแผล รูปลักษณ์ ในลักษณะที่กระตุ้นความรู้สึกอึดอัดต่อผู้ชม

แม้ว่าบางครั้ง Guro จะเกี่ยวข้องกับบริบททางเพศในรูปแบบที่ดูผิดปกติ แต่ Guro ไม่ได้จำเป็นต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับบริบททางเพศเสมอไป

เกณฑ์ NSFW ที่ไม่ถูกรวมกับ NC และ Guro

การเปิดเผยผิวหนังและมีความยั่วยวนทางเพศ

• เสื้อผ้าที่มีการเปิดเผยผิวหนังมาก เช่น ชุดว่ายน้ำ, ชุดบันนี่, ชุดชั้นใน** ที่มีการเน้นทรวดทรงหน้าอกและสะโพก หรือเปิดเผยให้เห็นทรวดทรงร่างกายมากไป

• การเปลือยบนของตัวละครชายที่ไม่มีเสื้อคลุมทับไว้, มีเสื้อคลุมทับไว้แต่ยังเห็นจุดซ่อนเร้นบนอก

การมีสีหน้าท่าทาง ภาพรวมที่ดูมีความยั่วยวนทางเพศ

• ท่าทางและสีหน้า ในบริบทที่ชวนให้นึกถึงเรื่องทางเพศ

• เหงื่อออกมากไป ลงผิวมันเงามากไป

การมีเสื้อผ้า แต่ยังคงเห็นรูปร่าง สัดส่วน และจุดซ่อนเร้นเด่นชัดขึ้นมา

• เสื้อผ้าซีทรูที่เปิดเผยผิว เห็นจุดซ่อนเร้น เห็นรูปทรงของจุดซ่อนเร้น

• เสื้อผ้าที่มิดชิดแต่ยังเห็นจุดซ่อนเร้นของร่างกายถูกเน้นให้เด่นชัดขึ้นมา เช่นเสื้อผ้ารัด เสื้อผ้าเปียกน้ำ การวาดเน้นเห็นจุดซ่อนเร้นบนหน้าอก

**กรณีเป็นเสื้อผ้าตามตัวอย่าง แต่ตัวภาพไม่ได้มีความเซกซี่ยั่วยวนทางเพศ ไม่ถูกเน้นทรวดทรงหน้าอกและสะโพก
ทางสต๊าฟจะพิจารณาให้วางได้โดยไม่ห่อ โดยพิจารณาเป็นรายชิ้นไป

Sensitive Content Guidelines (NSFW Merchandises)

• All Circle members with Sensitive content (NSFW) must be older than 18 years old.
  All members must comply with Age checking procedure on the day of the event.Passport or Valid ID will be required.

• All NSFW Merchandises can only be sold to those without a mark on their wristband. (will be announced at a later date)

ID check or other means of verification is not permitted

• In case of pre-order, if any form of payment is present. It will be considered as  “making a purchase”
  
  

1. Displaying NSFW Merchandise

   • All merchandise that falls into NSFW content must be packed neatly and not be displayed on the table. (NSFW book with SFW cover can still be displayed)

   • In case that the merchandise contains part of NSFW elements. Staff will judge on a case basis and cover specific areas of the merchandise.

2. Regulation regarding sample NSFW product

   • Viewing of sample of all NSFW product is strictly prohibited.  In case of book, sample must not be present on the table.

   •  QR code of sample of NSFW product is allowed

• If any merchandise or conduct is found to be in violation of the Sensitive content guidelines,
  staff reserves all rights to immediately suspend the sale of that specific item or all NSFW merchandise at the circle.

• In the event of multiple violations or serious misconduct, staff reserves all rights to immediately suspend the sale of that specific item
  or expel all circle members from the event.

• If you are unsure whether your merchandise falls into the Sensitive Content category. Please contact the staff for further assistance.

• If you did not prepare any items to cover up your merchandise. It can be purchased in the department store.

• If the staff determines that any of your items pose a risk of causing future disruption or safety concerns,
  you will be notified during the Merchandise Review process. In such cases, you will be required to stop selling those specific items at the event. 

What is NSFW?
NSFW stands for “Not Safe For Work”
This helps indicate inappropriate content to view in work or public environment

I.e. Sexually explicit content, violence, gore, or illustration and message that can cause discomfort.

Difference between NSFW, NC, and Guro

NC (No Children) refers to content that is not suitable for children

I.e. Sexual conduct or action that can refer back to sexual conduct, visible genitals and nude.  NC is considered part of NSFW content

Guro
Guro stands for Grotesque, it is a japanese term that refers to violence and abnormality.

Display of damage on the body i.e. deep wound, body secretion, amputation, intestines, or deformation of the body.

Display of physical abnormality, wound or appearance that cause discomfort to viewers.

There are times where Guro is linked to abnormal sexual conduct, but it does not have to be about sexual content.

NSFW Content guideline outside of NC and Guro

Explicit Skin Exposure and Provocative Content

• Costume with explicit skin exposure, i.e. Bunny Girl, Swimsuit, Lingerie that has exaggerated proportions for sexual appeals

• Topless / Chest baring male  character without cover up clothes, or private parts still visible under cover up clothes.

Explicit and Provocative expression or mood and tone.

• Suggestive expression or pose

• Too much sweat or Shiny skin

Visible private parts and proportions under clothings

• See-through clothes with revealing skin. Private parts or silhouette of private parts visible.

• Non revealing clothes with visible shape or silhouette of private parts. I.e. tight clothes, wet clothes, 

In the case of clothes the same as the example above, but the image does not include explicit and provocative content.
Staff may allow the merchandise to be displayed on the table, on a case by case basis.
