• คอสเพลย์ตัวละครจากคอนเทนท์ Collab (อ่านเพิ่มเติมเรื่อง Collab ที่อนุญาตได้ ที่นี่)

• คอสเพลย์ตัวละคร Original ที่อิงเซ็ตติ้งเกม Arknights, Arknights : Endfield
  
  

O สวมพร็อบหรือเครื่องแต่งกายที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับ Arknights, Arknights : Endfield เช่น แจ็คเก็ต Doctor

O ชุดแฟชั่น ที่ไม่ได้มีการระบุว่าเป็นแฟนด้อมใดเลย

Cosplayer ที่ไม่สามารถเข้างานได้ update (14 May 2026)

• ตัวละครจากแฟนด้อมอื่นๆ

• ตัวละครที่สวมชุดที่ทำให้นึกถึงแฟนด้อมหรือสื่อเรื่องอื่นๆ เช่น คอสเพลย์เป็น Shu ในชุด Ayase Eli จาก LoveLive!

• ตัวละคร Original ที่ไม่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับเซ็ตติ้ง Arknights, Arknights : Endfield

*ทีมงานจะขอความร่วมมือให้ถอดวิกออกก่อนเข้างาน โดยสามารถยังใส่ชุดเดิมอยู่ได้

ข้อมูลสำหรับ Cosplayer

1. สถานที่แต่งตัว

เนื่องจากพื้นที่ของงานมีข้อจำกัด ทางเราจึงไม่สามารถจัดพื้นที่เฉพาะเพื่อแต่งหน้าและแต่งตัวสำหรับคอสเพลย์เยอร์ได้ในครั้งนี้

จึงขอความกรุณาทุกท่านใช้บริการห้องน้ำในส่วนของห้างสรรพสินค้าแฟชั่นไอส์แลนด์ ซึ่งทางห้างมีความยินดีให้บริการทุกท่านอย่างเต็มที่

2. การเข้างาน

เพื่อความสะดวกและปลอดภัยของทุกคน โดยเฉพาะคอสเพลย์เยอร์ที่พร็อบหรือชุดอาจเกิดเสียหายได้ จากจำนวนคนที่หนาแน่นในช่วงเปิดงาน

เมื่อถึงเวลาซื้อตั๋ว กรุณาแจ้งชื่อ-นามสกุล, นามแฝง, เบอร์โทรติดต่อ และ ชื่อตัวละครที่คอสเพลย์มา ณ จุดขายตั๋ว
*โปรดติดตามรายละเอียดการลงทะเบียนจากประกาศของทางงานในอนาคต

โดยข้อมูลดังกล่าวนี้ เพื่อให้ทีมงานสามารถช่วยเหลือท่านได้ในกรณี :

• สำหรับติดต่อในกรณีลืมพร็อบ, ชิ้นส่วนเสื้อผ้าหลุดในงาน หรือปัญหาอื่นที่อาจเกิดขึ้น

• ในกรณีที่พบผู้ที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมงานแต่งกายไม่ตรงตามกฎระเบียบการแต่งตัวของงาน ข้อมูลของท่านจะช่วยให้ทีมงานสามารถแจ้งกับทางห้างสรรพสินค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อยืนยันว่าทุกท่านเป็นผู้ที่ให้ความร่วมมือกับทางงานเราอย่างดี

หมายเหตุ :

หากมีการยืนยันแล้วว่าคอสเพลย์เยอร์ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเป็นผู้กระทำผิดกฎระเบียบการแต่งตัวจริง
ทางเราอาจต้องระงับการเข้าร่วมงานในฐานะคอสเพลย์เยอร์ในอนาคต

3. ชุดและพร็อพ update (14 May 2026)

• พร็อพ

  • ไม่นำพร็อพมากวัดแกว่ง เล่นด้วยกันภายในบริเวณงาน  โปรดใช้พร๊อบเป็นอุปกรณ์ในการโพสท่าต่าง ๆ เท่านั้น

  • ในกรณีที่พร็อบมีขนาดใหญ่ โปรดใช้ความระมัดระวังเป็นพิเศษ เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายต่อพร็อพของท่าน รวมถึงไม่รบกวนผู้อื่น

  • หากมีการแจ้งว่าพร็อพใดๆของท่านก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สิน หรือกีดขวางการสัญจร ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตักเตือน
    หรือขอความร่วมมือให้นำพร็อพไปฝากไว้ ณ จุดรับฝากตามความเหมาะสม

• ชุดที่กว้าง มีกระโปรงหรือชายผ้ายาวลากพื้น

  • ในพื้นที่ Main Hall ขอความร่วมมือให้ยกชายชุดให้พ้นพื้น หรือถอดชิ้นส่วนที่มีความกว้างมาก หรือสัมผัสพื้นออก 

  • ในพื้นที่ Photo Hall สามารถปล่อยชายชุดลากพื้นได้ภายในพื้นที่
    โดยขอความร่วมมือในการสัญจรและเคลื่อนไหวภายในงานด้วยความระมัดระวัง เพื่อความปลอดภัยและความสะดวกของทุกท่าน
    รวมถึงป้องกันความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับชุด ผู้สวมชุด และ ผู้ร่วมงานรอบข้าง

ทั้งนี้ รายละเอียดและการพิจารณาต่าง ๆ จะขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของทีมงานตามความเหมาะสมในแต่ละกรณี โดยคำนึงถึงความสะดวก ความปลอดภัย และบรรยากาศโดยรวมของงานเป็นสำคัญ

4. การแต่งตัว

• เพื่อความเหมาะสมและความสะดวกของทุกท่าน ทางทีมงาน และ ห้างสรรพสินค้าแฟชั่นไอส์แลนด์ ขอความร่วมมือให้ทุกท่านแต่งตัวอย่างสุภาพ

• หลีกเลี่ยงชุดที่เปิดเผยผิวหนังมากเกินไป

• หากผู้เข้าร่วมงานสวมหน้ากากที่ปิดใบหน้ามิดเช่น เช่น หน้าด็อกเตอร์ ฯลฯ ขอให้ถอดหน้ากากออกในขั้นตอนซื้อบัตรเข้างาน สำหรับในบริเวณฮอลล์งานนั้นสามารถใส่หน้ากากในบริเวณงานได้ตามปกติ  และขอความร่วมมือถอดหน้ากากออกเมื่ออยู่ในห้างสรรพสินค้าเพื่อความเรียบร้อยในการรักษาความปลอดภัย

ไกด์ไลน์การแต่งกายของ Cosplayer

บริเวณสีแดง คือ บริเวณที่ต้องสวมซับในทึบ หรืออุปกรณ์เซฟอื่นๆ

*การสวมใส่อวัยวะเทียมทุกชนิด เช่น หน้าอกผู้หญิงปลอม , กล้ามปลอม จะไม่นับเป็นการสวมอุปกรณ์เซฟ ต้องมีการปกปิดเหมือนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของร่างกายเช่นกัน 

• ห้ามมีการคอสเพลย์ในชุดที่ล่อแหลม เปิดเผยเนื้อหนังมากเกินไป โดยไม่มีการป้องกันเรือนร่าง

ตัวอย่างชุดที่เข้าข่าย เช่น

• คอสตูมบิกินี่,ชุดบันนี่ : ใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไม่ให้เห็นไม่เห็นผิวหนังจากบริเวณเว้าสะโพกไปจนถึงต้นขา ขาหนีบ เนินอก และ ร่องอก เช่น ใช้ผ้าเกาะอก, ถุงน่องสีทึบ, ซับในที่เป็นสีทึบ (ไม่จำกัดสี)

• คอสตูมเปลือยบน : ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการคอสเพลย์เปลือยบน ไม่ว่าจะร่างกายช่วงบนจะเป็นผิวจริงหรือผิวจำลองจากยาง เรซิ่น หรือวัสดุใดๆทั้งสิ้น จำเป็นจะต้องใส่ ผ้าเกาะอก หรือ ซับในที่เป็นสีทึบ (ไม่จำกัดสี)

• คอสตูมกระโปรงสั้น หรือกางเกงบานขาสั้น : โปรดใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันไม่ให้เห็นผิวหนังจากบริเวณเว้าสะโพกไปจนถึงต้นขา และขาหนีบ  หรือจุดซ่อนเร้นภายใน เช่น ถุงน่องสีทึบ, ซับในที่เป็นสีทึบ (ไม่จำกัดสี)

• ห้ามมีการคอสเพลย์ที่มีความคล้ายคลึงกับเครื่องแบบของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ เช่น ตำรวจ ทหาร หรือองค์กรบังคับใช้กฎหมาย

เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความเข้าใจผิดและความไม่เหมาะสมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ

• ห้ามนำอาวุธหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ดูคล้ายอาวุธจริง รวมไปถึงวัตถุก่อประกายไฟ เข้ามาภายในบริเวณงาน 

เช่น มีดที่สมจริง, ดาบที่สมจริง, ปืนที่สมจริง หรืออุปกรณ์ใด ๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดหรือความไม่ปลอดภัยต่อผู้เข้าร่วมงานและบุคคลภายนอก

และ วัตถุก่อประกายไฟ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นไฟแช็ก ไม้ขีด หรืออุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหาเรื่องเพลิงไหม้ได้

• ห้ามมีการคอสเพลย์ที่ใกล้เคียง หรือ แสดงถึงสัญลักษณ์ และ ข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม ทั้งทางด้านการเมืองและศาสนา

เช่น เครื่องแบบและสัญลักษณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนาซี, KKK(คู คลักซ์ แคลน), ธงอาทิตย์อุทัย, บุคคลสำคัญของสถาบันกษัตริย์ไทย,  และอื่น ๆ ที่เข้าข่าย

• ห้ามกระทำการหรือสวมใส่เครื่องแต่งกายที่อาจทำให้เกิดความไม่สบายใจหรืออันตรายต่อผู้อื่น

เช่น การสวมหน้ากากเต็มใบที่บดบังใบหน้าในสถานที่ที่ไม่อนุญาต

• ห้ามโพสต์ท่าถ่ายรูปที่มีลักษณะไปในทางยั่วยวนทางเพศ

และ หากต้องการโพสท่าที่มีการสัมผัสร่างกายเลเยอร์ท่านอื่น จำเป็นต้องขออนุญาตก่อนให้เรียบร้อย

เพื่อความปลอดภัยและความเรียบร้อยภายในงาน ทางทีมงานสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้เข้าพื้นที่งานเฉพาะผู้ที่ทำปฏิบัติตามกฎเท่านั้น

หากพบผู้ใดทำผิดกฎระเบียบดังกล่าว สามารถแจ้งทีมงานได้ที่บูธของทีมงาน หรือทีมงานที่อยู่ใกล้เคียงทันที

Allowed Cosplays 

• Characters from Arknights or Arknights : Endfield

• Characters from Arknights or Arknights : Endfield Collab content (More information on Allowed Collab here)

• Original characters with setting rooted in Arknights and Arknights : Endfield

O   Wearing props or clothwear with relation to Arknights, Arknights : Endfield i.e Doctor Jacket. 

O   Design clothes that does not belong to a character of any fandom

Prohibited Cosplays update (14 May 2026)

• Characters from other fandoms

• Characters wearing costumes that may resemble other fandom characters or media. I.e. Shu cosplaying as Ayase Eli from Lovelive! 

• Original characters with no relation to Arknights and Arknights : Endfield

You will be asked to take off your wig, and can still enter the event.

Information for Cosplayer

1. Dressing room

Due to the limited size of the venue, we can not provide a dedicated changing room for cosplayers. 

All cosplayers can use the restroom in Fashion Island Department store, with permission granted and welcomed from the store. 

2. Entry

For everyone’s safety and convenience, especially those with props or costumes that may be damaged from crowded areas.

Please provide us with your contact info and cosplayed character at the ticket office.

Purpose of Data Collection
We will be using your information to assist you in scenarios as follow

• Facilitating the return of lost property, such as props or personal belongings. 

• Ensuring adherence to our event dress code and safety guidelines.

• Verifying attendee cooperation with venue management and security personnel when necessary. 

Note : 

"Individuals confirmed to be in violation of our cosplay policy may be denied entry to future events.

We reserve the right to restrict participation at our discretion." 

3. Costume and Cosplay Prop update (14 May 2026) 

• Cosplay  Props

  • Do not swing or do action that may cause discomfort or harm to attendees. Please use your props for posing during photography only.

  • In case of Large Cosplay props, Please be extra cautious when handling it to prevent damage to your props and to not disturb others.

  • If there are reports that your cosplay props has caused damage to person or belongings, or disrupting traffic. We deserves the right to issue a warning or ask for your cooperation to leave your props at an appropriate area. 

• Cosplay with extensive width or Long hanging skirts

• Within the Main hall, we ask for your cooperation to remove parts with extensive width or lift up your costume so the cloth does not touch the ground

• Within the Photo Hall, you are free to wear parts with extensive width and hang down your skirts.

We ask for your cooperation in cautiously traversing  within the venue. Both for your own safety and convenience. while preventing damage to you, your costumes, and others.

Note : The organizing team reserve the right to make adjustments on a case-by-case basis, prioritizing the safety, convenience, and positive environment of the event for all attendees. 

4. Dress Code

• For your convenience and comfort. Our team and Fashion Island request that all attendees dressed appropriately.

• Refrain from revealing clothes

• Attendees who wears mask will be asked to take it off when purchasing tickets. Mask can be wear only within the venue. For safety reasons, please refrain from wearing masks in the department store areas.

Cosplayers Clothing Guideline

Red area is the skin part that needs to be covered.

*Wearing fake body parts, i.e. fake breats, fake muscle is not considered a ‘covering clothes’

you must wear another layer to cover up as it's another part of your body.

• Wearing revealing cosplay without another layer to cover the skin area is prohibited.

Costumes considered revealing includes

• Bunny Girl : Must wear an inner layer of clothing to cover your skin area. I.e areas from hips to thighs, crotch, breasts. A tube top or solid-colored color must be worn at all times.

• Topless / chest-baring costume : Topless cosplay is strictly prohibited. This apply to both real skin and fake chest made from latex or other materials. A tube top or solid inner color must be worn at all times.

• Short Skirts or Wideleg Short pants. Must wear an inner layer of clothing to cover your skin area from hips to thighs and groin. A solid-colored inner  must be worn at all times.

• Cosplay imitating costumes of government officials, police, soldiers, or other law enforcing organization.

To avoid misunderstanding in public space 

Cosplay props with similarity to real life weapons, spark producing objects, are strictly prohibited.

• i.e . realistic knives, swords, guns or any equipment that may cause misunderstanding in public place. All form of ignition sources i.e. lighters, matches, or any other device that could potentially cause a fire hazard are strictly prohibited. 

Cosplay with similarities or symbols of inappropriate content related to politics and religion. 

• I.e. symbols or costumes representing Nazis, The KKK, The rising sun flag, The Thai Royal Family, 

Costume that may cause discomfort or harm to others

• I.e. wearing a full on cover masks in prohibited areas.

Explicitly Suggestive or sexually provocative posing during photoshoot is strictly prohibited.

• During photoshoot if skinship is required, permission from the other party must be given. 

For the safety and order of the event, the organizing team reserves the right to grant entry only to those who strictly follow the rules.

If you encounter those who violate any of these rules, please immediately notify our staff near you or at the organizer booth.
