การยืนยันเซอร์เคิลและส่งภาพคัทเอาท์

ระยะเวลายืนยันเซอร์เคิลและส่งภาพคัทเอาท์ : 6 - 24 มิถุนายน 2026 (23.59 น.)

การยืนยันเซอร์เคิล

1. ทางงานจะทำการส่งอีเมลล์แจ้งจำนวนค่าธรรมเนียมที่ต้องชำระ
   และประกาศรายชื่อและสถานการยืนยันผ่านทางชีท [ ตรวจสอบรายชื่อผู้ที่ได้รับสิทธิเป็นเซอร์เคิล ที่นี่ ]
   
   *ทางงานจะแจ้งจำนวนค่าธรรมเนียมที่ต้องชำระของท่านทางอีเมลล์เท่านั้น
   *หากมีรายชื่อแต่ไม่ได้รับอีเมลล์หรือได้รับอีเมลล์แต่ไม่ได้อยู่ในรายชื่อ อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง โปรดติดต่อทีมงานภายในระยะเวลายืนยันเซอร์เคิล (ภายใน 24 มิ.ย.2026)
   
   

2. ผู้สมัครที่ได้รับสิทธิ์กรุณาทำการยืนยันข้อมูลผ่าน [ ฟอร์มยืนยันเซอร์เคิล ที่นี่ ]

   • โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไชภายในฟอร์มให้ครบถ้วน

   • หลังจากขั้นตอนนี้ จะไม่สามารถทำการเพิ่มสมาชิกได้

   • หากมีการเปลี่ยนตัวแทนเซอร์เคิลในภายหลัง จะต้องเป็นสมาชิกที่อยู่ในรายชื่อนี้เท่านั้น

เมื่อทำการส่งฟอร์มและชำระค่าธรรมเนียมแล้ว ทางงานจะทำการตรวจสอบและอัพเดทบนชีทเดียวกับในข้อ 1. ถือเป็นการเสร็จสิ้นขั้นตอนการยืนยันเซอร์เคิล

การส่งภาพคัทเอาท์

1. การส่งใบคัทเอาท์ผ่านทาง [ ฟอร์มส่งคัทเอาท์ ที่นี่ ]
   ในฟอร์มส่งคัทเอาท์ เซอร์เคิลสามารถเลือกแบบใดแบบหนึ่ง จากสองแบบ คือ

• [ คัทเอาท์ที่ทำขึ้นเอง ] สร้างสรรค์ภาพคัทเอาท์ด้วยตนเอง เซอร์เคิลจะต้องใช้เทมเพลทของทางงาน สามารถดาวน์โหลดเทมเพลทและอ่านเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมด้านล่าง

• [ คัทเอาท์สำเร็จรูป ] ทางงานจะทำภาพคัทเอาท์ให้ทั้งหมด โดยรูปภายในกรอบเทมเพลทจะเป็นภาพสำเร็จรูปที่ทางงานจัดทำให้ (มีทั้งหมด 3 แบบ ให้เลือก)
  ไม่สามารถรีเควสให้ทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆเพิ่มเติมได้
  
  

2. เมื่อทีมงานตรวจสอบเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะทำการอัพเดทสถานะได้ที่ [ สถานะการส่งคัทเอาท์ ที่นี่ ]

3. หากคัทเอาท์ที่ทางเซอร์เคิลส่งมามีจุดที่แก้ไข ทีมงานจะอัพเดทสถานะ [ รอแก้ไข ] และแจ้งจุดที่แก้ไขไปในทางอีเมลล์
   เมื่อแก้เรียบร้อยแล้ว กรุณาส่งมาทางฟอร์มเดิมอีกครั้ง และโปรดรอการอัพเดทสถานะต่อไป
   
   *ขอสงวนตรวจและอัพเดทสถานะคัทเอาท์ เฉพาะเซอร์เคิลที่ชำระเงินและยืนยันเซอร์เคิลมาแล้วเท่านั้น

**หากไม่ทำการส่งภาพคัทเอาท์ภายในระยะเวลา ทางงานจะเลือกคัทเอาท์สำเร็จรูปให้เซอร์เคิลโดยยึดตามแฟนด้อมเกมหลักที่เซอร์เคิลเลือกมาในขั้นตอนสมัคร
อย่างไรก็ตาม เซอร์เคิลยังสามารถส่งใบเมนู และขายสินค้าในวันงานได้ตามปกติ

เงื่อนไขการทำภาพคัทเอาท์ 

ภาพคัทเอาท์คืออะไร?
ภาพที่นำเสนอเซอร์เคิลได้ในปราดเดียว สามารถเป็นได้ทั้งภาพวาด โมเดล3D ภาพถ่าย ภาพคอสเพลย์ ภาพตัวอย่างสินค้า ฯลฯ
มานำเสนอจินตนาการ ความโดดเด่น และความเป็นตัวตนของเซอร์เคิลของคุณผ่านภาพคัทเอาท์กันเถอะ!

เงื่อนไขของรูปคัทเอาท์

• ตัวละครที่ปรากฎบนคัทเอาท์ยึดกฎเดียว Allowed Products  อนุโลมให้ใช้รูปมาสคอตของเซอร์เคิล มาสคอตสมาชิกเซอร์เคิล หรือตัวละครที่ไม่ได้มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับแฟนด้อมอื่นได้

• ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้รูปจาก AI generate, รูปภาพที่มาจากการเทรซโดยมิได้รับอนุญาต, รูปผลงานของผู้อื่นโดยมิได้รับอนุญาต, asset ที่ datamine มาจากภายในเกม, ภาพจาก official

• หากเป็นภาพ NSFW กรุณาเซ็นซอร์รูปภาพโดยยึดไกด์ไลน์ [ Sensitive Content Guidelines ]

Circle Confirmation and Circle Cutout Submission (Marketing Materials)

Confirmation and Cutout Submission period : June 6th-24th 2026  (23.59 GMT+7)

Circle Confirmation

1. We will be sending out emails with the amount of payment due.

Accepted Circle list will be announced through Google Sheets. [Check List of Accepted Circle here] 

*We will only inform you of the amount of payment due via email.

*If your name is on the list but has yet to receive and email or vice versa, please contact us within Circle Confirmation Period (June 24th)

2.Please confirm your Circle Registration through [this form]  :

• Please read all the terms and conditions thoroughly. 

• You cannot add more circle members after this confirmation

• If the circle representative has to be changed. Only members within this list can be the new representative.

Once the payment is processed and the form is submitted. We will check and update on the same Accepted Circle List Google Sheet (in No.1). This is the end of Circle Registration.

Circle Cutout (Marketing Materials) Submission

1. Submit your Circle Cut out  [here].

In Cutout Submission form. Circle can pick from one of the two.

• [Custom Made Cutout] Create your own personal cutout, you are required to use our template. Download template and read Cutout Regulations down below.

• [ Premade Cutout] We will provide you with a cutout. The image placed within the template will be provided by us (3 choices). You cannot request or make any additional change to the cutout.
  
  

2. If the cutout has been checked by the staff. We will update the status [here] 

3. If any revision has to be made, we will change the status to [edit needed] and inform points of revision via email.
   When revision has been made. Please submit your Circle Cutout again through the same Google Form.

*We reserve the right to check and update the cutout status only for the circle that have made payment and completed the circle confirmation process. 

**If no cutout has been submitted within the time period. We will assign you a premade cutout based on the main fandom you selected when registered. 

Nevertheless, you can still submit your catalogue and sell your goods on the event day.

Circle Cutout Regulations

What is a cutout?

A cutout is an image that can represent who you are in a flash. It can be an illustrated drawing,  3D Model, Photo, Cosplay shoot, Product sample, etc.

Time to showcase your imagination, identity, and personality through Circle cutout!

Cutout Image Regulation

• Characters that can appear on your cutout must align with those stated in Allowed Products.
  However your mascots, your members’ mascots, or your characters that are not related to Arknights or Arknights Endfield are allowed.

• We do not allow AI Generative Image. Traced image without permission, Image made by others without permission, Datamined Assets, or Official images.   

• If the image is NSFW, please censor your image by following  the  [ Sensitive Content Guidelines ]
