เงื่อนไขการสมัครเซอร์เคิล

คุณสมบัติและข้อกำหนดของผู้สมัครเซอร์เคิล

• ผู้สมัครเซอร์เคิลทุกท่าน จะต้องมีอายุ มากกว่า 14 ปี

• เซอร์เคิลที่ขายสินค้าจำกัดอายุ สมาชิกทุกคนจะต้องมีอายุมากกว่า 18 ปี

หากตรวจพบว่าในวันงาน บนเซอร์เคิลที่ขายสินค้าจำกัดอายุ มีสมาชิกเซอร์เคิลที่ประจำบูธมีอายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ทางงานขอระงับการขายสินค้าที่จำกัดอายุทั้งหมดในเซอร์เคิล

• การตรวจอายุบนบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสาร จะทำในขั้นตอนลงทะเบียนหน้างานเท่านั้น

• ตัวแทนเซอร์เคิล คือตัวแทนสมาชิกที่ทางทีมงานจะทำการติดต่อในขั้นตอนการดำเนินการต่างๆ
  ขอความร่วมมือตัวแทนเซอร์เคิล คอยหมั่นตรวจสอบอีเมลล์ที่ได้รับจากทางงาน เพื่อให้ทางเซอร์เคิลและสมาชิกทุกคนได้รับข้อมูลสำคัญจากทางงานครบถ้วน

• สำหรับการติดต่อที่ต้องมีการยืนยันว่าเป็นเซอร์เคิลจริง ทางทีมงานขอสงวนติดต่อผ่านทางอีเมลล์ของตัวแทนเท่านั้น เพื่อป้องกันการแอบอ้างสวมรอย
  โดยหากสมาชิกเซอร์เคิลทุกท่านรวมถึงตัวแทนมีคำถามหรือต้องการแจ้งเหตุใดๆ จะยังสามารถติดต่อทางช่องทางโซเชียลและอีเมลล์ของทางงานได้ตามปกติ

ข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวกับการสมัครเซอร์เคิล

• การตั้งชื่อเซอร์เคิล หากตรวจพบคำไม่สุภาพ หรือชื่อที่อาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหาในภายหลัง จะมีผลต่อการพิจารณารับเซอร์เคิล

โปรดระบุชื่อบูธเป็นตัวอักษรภาษาไทย ภาษาอังกฤษ และ/หรือ ตัวเลข เท่านั้น เพื่อให้สะดวกต่อการค้นหาของผู้เข้าร่วมงาน

• สมาชิกทุกคนจะต้องส่งพอร์ตผลงาน ให้ทางงานตรวจสอบ เช่น งานวาด ภาพถ่าย คอสเพลย์ ตัวอย่างผลงาน ตัวอย่างสินค้า ฯลฯ
  โดยระบุลิ้งค์ช่องทาง Social Media ที่มีตัวอย่างผลงาน เช่น ทวิตเตอร์, Discord, BSKY, Facebook (โปรดระบุชื่อแพลทฟอร์มให้ชัดเจน)
  หากไม่มี สามารถรวบรวมผลงานอัพโหลดบน Google Drive และส่งลิ้งค์เข้ามาได้

• เซอร์เคิลที่ได้บูธ สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายชื่อสมาชิกได้อีกครั้งในช่วงยืนยันสิทธิ์ 

• สำหรับ 2SP การเพิ่มจำนวนคน (+140B/คน) เพิ่มปลั๊กไฟ (+250B) เมื่อเลือกแล้ว ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงภายหลังได้

การระบุคำขอ

• ในการระบุเซอร์เคิลที่ต้องการอยู่ข้างกัน ให้ทั้งสองฝ่ายระบุชื่อเซอร์เคิลของอีกฝ่ายให้ตรงกัน (หากระบุมาแค่ฝ่ายเดียวจะถือว่าเป็นโมฆะ) 

• ข้อยกเว้นสำหรับคำขอเพิ่มเติม สต๊าฟไม่สามารถทำตามคำขอเหล่านี้ได้

1. เลือกจุดตั้งบูธโดยไม่มีเหตุจำเป็น (เช่น ขอติดกำแพง ขอติดประตู หรือขอติดทางเข้า อยู่ใกล้ห้องน้ำ ไม่ขออยู่ตรงกลางฮอล / ในกรณีมีผลต่ออาการทางกายภาพ หรือทางจิตใจ ให้แจ้งมาอย่างชัดเจนว่าเป็นกรณีใด)

2. ขอให้สต๊าฟรับฝากเด็กที่อายุต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์เข้างาน รับฝากผู้สูงอายุ หรือสัตว์เลี้ยง

การเปลี่ยนตัวแทนซอร์เคิล

• ในกรณีที่เซอร์เคิลต้องการเปลี่ยนตัวแทน ตัวแทนใหม่จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่อยู่ในรายชื่อที่ระบุไว้ในข้อ [ รายชื่อสมาชิกในเซอร์เคิลทุกคน (นามปากกา) ] บนฟอร์มสมัครเซอร์เคิล เท่านั้น
  ไม่สามารถโอนชื่อให้สมาชิกที่เข้ามาหลังจากนี้ได้

Circle Registrant Rules and Regulation

• All Circle member must be older than 14 years old

• All Circle members with Sensitive content must be older than 18 years old.
  If members present on the day of event is found to not be of age (younger than 18). We will forfeit all sale of Sensitive content in the circle.

• Age check will be perform only at venue on the day of the event. Passport or Valid ID will be required.
  
  

• Circle Representative refers to a person who will be contact with event staffs. We ask all Circle representative to constantly check emails from the event staffs to not miss out on anything.

• All contact that requires circle members verification will only be done through email.

• General questions are welcome to be asked via our official social media.

Circle Registration Rules and Regulation

• Profanities or name that may cause controversies will affect your Registration.

Please input your Circle name using Thai/English alphabets and or numbers.
Searching will be more convenient for other attendees.

• All Members are required to submit a merchandise list. whose merchandise will be present at your booth. i.e. Drawing, Photograph, Cosplay, example of your works and goods.Please input your social media link with your work. i.e.X (Twitter) Discord, BSKY, Facebook. - Please clearly state your preferred platform.

• If you do not have social media for your work. A link to cloud storage folders with your work is also accepted. (i.e. google drive , onedrive)

• Circles that have been accepted can change their member list again during the confirmation period.

• 2SP Only booth can Request for additional Exhibitor Pass (+140THB / Person ,Max 3)

Additional Requests

• To request for specific neighbor booth, both circle has to submit each other's name accurately or else the request will not be fulfilled

• Additional Requests we cannot fulfill.

1. Request for table location (i.e. next to the wall, next to the entrance, near the restroom, not in the middle of the hall. Unless there are reason stated in detail where it might effect you physically or mentally)

2. Request for Staff to take care of Children under 12, Elders or Pets

 Changing Circle Representative

• If you want to change your cicle representative. They must be on the list you provided in [All Circle Member List (Penname)] section in the registration form. Members outside of this list cannot be a new representative.
