This WNE OTD DEx group developed a short survey to assess how the OT resource packets were received by parents and professionals and to learn more about the population we are serving. WNE OTD DEx students were unable to administer this survey due to confidentiality constraints, and this responsibility was given to site mentors. Site mentors were agreeable to this process, however, it was ultimately not executed due to time constraints, as well as excessive responsibilities and stress already placed on site mentors and their colleagues during this time. The site mentors continually checked in with families throughout the process informally, and provided this WNE OTD DEx group with ample feedback throughout the fourteen week project based on this informal surveillance. Additionally, the students were able to observe several early intervention and SPS telehealth sessions, as well as staff meetings, to gather further feedback from ideal stakeholders. Below is the original survey that this WNE OTD DEx group created, as well as a draft created with feedback from Lisa Pasternak, Megan Hopper, Dr. Ellen Rainville, and WNE OTD faculty member Kim Gross.
