Downloading a sample excel template

Steps:

1. Go to the "Quiz" section.

2. Click on the "Download Sample Excel" button.

3. The system will download a pre-formatted Excel file that includes headers and sample data for your reference.

A sample Excel template might include these columns:

1.  Question

2.  Question Type (e.g., 1,2,3 based on the list which displayed under Question Type drop-down in Application )

3.  Option A, Option B, Option C, Option D

4.  Correct Answer (e.g., A, B, C, D).

Uploading an excel file

Steps:

1. Go to the "Quiz" section.

2. Click on the "Import Quiz" button. Complete the Questions and answer correctly.

3. Select the "Choose File" option.

4. Pick an Excel file in .xlsx format from your local device.

5. Press the "Upload" button to import the file.

6. A confirmation message will appear if the file uploads successfully.

7. Save the uploaded file.

8. If there are issues with the file format or errors, an error message will be shown.

Validating an excel file

Steps:

1. Verify that the uploaded file is in .xlsx format.

2. Ensure that the Excel file includes all necessary columns (such as Question, Question Type, Options, and Correct Answer).

3. If any fields are missing or incorrect, the system will display an error message indicating the specific issue.
