Questions and Answers module - Interaction between the candidate and the Administrator
The administrator should be able to log in and gain access to the Admin Panel with their registered user name and password. Once logged in, they should click on the "Q & A" tab.
Go to Admin Panel. In the sidebar menu, click on "Q & A"
A question must be raised by a student from their account.
The Administrator reply should be reflected in the student's account under the respective course's Q&A section.
Administrators should have access to view student questions along with the following details:
Course Name
Date and time the question was submitted
Student's name who posed the question
Steps to follow:
Go to the Q&A section in the Admin Panel
Review the list of questions, including the details mentioned above
The admin must have the ability to respond to the student's inquiries and submit their answers.
Steps:
Click on the question to access the Reply input box.
Type the response in the designated "Reply to Post" field.
Press the "Reply" button to submit your answer.
A success message should display, confirming that the Q & A has been answered successfully (e.g., "Q & A - Answered successfully").
The admin must have the ability to respond to the student's inquiries and submit their answers.
Steps:
The status of the question should be modified to indicate that it has been answered.
After a response is submitted, on the right hand side of the question's icon status "X" should display an approval icon ✅.
The status ✅ indicates that the question has been resolved.
The admin's reply must be visible in the Q&A section of the student's account for the corresponding course.
Steps:
Once the question and answer are approved, the system should automatically associate the response with the relevant question in the student's view.
Students should be able to see the admin's reply when they access the Q&A section for their course.
Outcome: The student can easily view the admin's reply directly beneath their question.
If no reply is entered, the "Reply" button should remain disabled.
In case of submission failure, an error message should notify the admin to retry
