Add Audo as a Topic

Steps

Admin Panel > Mange Course > Add new > Syllabus > Topic > Add Audio (Choose topic type Audio or Audio & Article)

Edit Syllabus Information

An administrator can modify an existing syllabus by selecting the pencil (edit) icon if required to change. Once modified the title or description as needed, Click "Update Syllabus" to apply the changes.

How to add a Topic - Audio

Admins can add topics into a syllabus by selecting the "Add New Topic" button.

Steps:

1. Identify the syllabus item to which you want to add a topic.

2. Click the "Add New Topic" button next to the selected syllabus item.

3. Provide the details for the topic, including the Topic name and Description.

4. Select the Topic type from the option Video, and specify the name of the Video.

5. The newly added topic will be displayed nested beneath the corresponding syllabus item.

Upload Audio file

Admin can upload a thumbnail image for the Audio file with specified format and file size limit.

Steps:

1. Click on the "Choose File" button in the "Upload Audio File" section.

2. Select an audio file in MP3, WAV, or MPEG format.

3. Ensure the audio file size is less than 3GB.

4. Click "Upload" to upload the audio file.

5. The audio file will be successfully uploaded and linked to the topic, making it accessible to the learners.

Edit existing topic

Admins can modify the details of an existing topic.

Steps:

1. Click on the pencil icon next to the topic to edit.

2. Update the topic details as needed.

3. Save changes.

Add article/Audio

Admin can add the Article in the same page and choose the option accordingly.

Delete Audio topic

Admins can delete the topic.

Steps:

1. Click on the Three Dots located next to the pencil icon on the right side of the topic.

2. Update the topic details as needed.

3. Save changes.

Save Sequence (Rearrange the order) of Topics

Admins can rearrange syllabus items or topics and save the order. For more details click here

The new sequence will be preserved and displayed in the updated order.

Steps:

1. Drag and drop the topics to reorder them as needed.

2. Click "Save Sequence" to save the new order.

3. The topics will appear in the specified order when viewing the syllabus..
