The administrator has the ability to oversee the list of quizzes, which includes important details like the quiz name, duration, number of participants, and the total number of questions.
Steps:
Log into the admin account.
Navigate to the "Quiz" section within the Admin Panel.
Review the table displaying the list of quizzes.
Click "Question" button
The administrator will have access to a comprehensive overview of all quizzes, complete with detailed information.
An admin has the ability to delete a course, which will remove it from the course list.
Steps:
Navigate to the "Quiz" section and click on the "Add Question" button for the specific quiz.
Click on the "Question Type" dropdown menu.
Choose your preferred question type (e.g., Multiple Choice, Fill in the Blanks, True/False, Multi answer checkbox, Yes/No, Essay, Match the following,).
The interface will update to show the relevant input fields based on the selected question type.
Steps:
Select a question type that supports multiple choices (e.g., Multiple Choice).
Input the question text into the editor.
Click the "Add Option" button to include options.
Provide text for each option and select the radio button or checkbox to indicate the correct answer(s).
Choose the right answer to reflect in the assessment page.
To remove any option, use the red delete icon next to it.
Result: Options can be added, modified, or deleted as needed..
Steps:
Choose "Essay" or "Fill in the Blanks" as your question type.
Input the question or text in the editor.
Type the correct answer in the comments box to reflect in the assessment page
Save the question.
The question will be saved and displayed in the correct format.
Steps:
Choose "Multiple answer checkbox" as your question type.
Input the question or text in the editor.
Type the correct answer in the comments box to reflect in the assessment page.
Save the question.
The question will be saved and displayed in the correct format.
Steps:
Choose "True or False" as your question type.
Input the question or text in the editor.
Choose the answer to reflect in the assessment page.
Save the question.
The question will be saved and displayed in the correct format.
Steps:
Choose "Yes or No" as your question type.
Input the question or text in the editor.
Choose the answer to reflect in the assessment page
Save the question.

Steps:
Choose "Matching as your question type.
Input the question or text in the editor in both sides.
Type the correct answer by dragging the line to reflect in the assessment page.
Save the question.
The question will be saved and displayed in the correct format.
Steps:
Utilize the rich text editor toolbar to format the question text or options.
Preview the question to ensure the formatting appears as intended.
The question is properly formatted and displayed accurately in the preview.
Steps:
Choose the question you want to edit in the list by Clicking on top of the number of the Question.
Alter the question text and answer in the input field.
Save your changes.
Steps:
Find the question you want to remove from the list.
Click on the red cross (delete) icon located next to the question.
Confirm your decision to delete or cancel.
The admin has the capability to link a Quiz or an Assessment to the course. To do this, the admin must first create a quiz within the Quiz module.
Choose "Yes" or "No" to add the assessment to the relevant Course.
If you select "Yes," pick an assessment from the dropdown menu.
This assessment will appear on the course assessment page, allowing the candidate to complete it once the course has concluded.
