Add your business content in our customised website pages with SSL certificate and Custom domain

Custom domain management

Access: Admin Login > Custom domain

As an Admin,

1. You have the ability to manage custom domains and set up SSL certificates.

2. This allows you to provide a secure and tailored experience for your users.

Add a custom domain

1. Go to the "Custom Domain" section in the Admin Panel.

2. Input your desired domain in the provided field and click "Add."

3. If the domain is valid, show a success message and update the list to mark the domain as "Pending."

4. If the domain is invalid, display an error message with instructions for correction.

Configure SSL certificate

1. After adding a domain, a popup for the SSL Certificate will appear.

2. Copy the CNAME records provided.

3. Add the CNAME records to the DNS settings of your domain registrar (e.g. go daddy).

4. Click "Check Status" after making DNS changes to confirm the SSL setup.

Monitor SSL certificate status

1. Return to the "Custom Domain" section and find the domain.

2. Check the SSL certificate status.

3. Once verified, the SSL status will update to "SSL Certificate Verified," indicating successful configuration with Green sign before ✅SSL Certificate Verified.

Configure website and webapp domain

1. Once the SSL Certificate is verified, a popup for the website and web app will appear.

2. Copy the provided CNAME records.

3. Add the CNAME records to the DNS settings of your domain registrar (e.g. go daddy).

4. Click "Check Status" after DNS changes to confirm the SSL setup.

Monitor website and webapp domain

1. Return to the "Custom Domain" section and locate the domain.

2. Check the status of the Website and WebAPP domains.

3. Once verified, the SSL status will change to "Domain Configuration Verified," indicating successful configuration.

Delete custom domain

1. Click the "Delete Domain" button next to the relevant domain.

2. Confirm the deletion in the modal prompt with the message: “Your domain is scheduled to delete. It may take up to 2 to 4 hours for the deletion to complete,” even as a confirmation popup displays that the custom domain delete request has been scheduled successfully.

3. The domain will be removed from the list.

View Submissions

1. Navigate to the "Custom Domain" section.

2. View all subdomains and custom domains listed along with their statuses, such as "Production" or "Pending".
