The administrator has the ability to oversee the list of quizzes, which includes important details like the quiz name, duration, number of participants, and the total number of questions.
Steps:
Log into the admin account.
Navigate to the "Quiz" section within the Admin Panel.
Review the table displaying the list of quizzes.
The administrator will have access to a comprehensive overview of all quizzes, complete with detailed information.
Click on the "Create Quiz" button.
Complete the necessary fields for the new quiz (such as Quiz or Assessment Name, Description, Number of Questions, Quiz Time, and Secured checkbox).
Submit the quiz.
The new quiz will be successfully created and will appear in the quiz list, if needed, cancel the quiz.
Click on the Grey tick button to Green to Publish.
Steps:
Find the quiz you want to edit in the quiz list.
Click on the "Edit" option from the menu (represented by Three dots) on the right.
Make the necessary changes to the quiz details.
Save the modifications.
The updated quiz information is saved and displayed in the quiz list..
Steps:
Find the quiz you want to remove in the quiz list.
Click on the "Delete" option from the menu (Three dots) on the right.
Confirm that you want to delete the quiz.
The chosen quiz will be deleted and taken off the quiz list.
Steps:
Utilize the rich text editor toolbar to format the question text or options.
Preview the question to ensure the formatting appears as intended.
The question is properly formatted and displayed accurately in the preview.
The admin has the capability to link an assessment to the course. To do this, the admin must first create a quiz within the Quiz module.
Choose "Yes" or "No" regarding the assessment.
If you select "Yes," pick an assessment from the dropdown menu.
