When you receive your Starting Geno OR submit your first Wild Yore to Masterlist Approval (Whichever you do first!) you'll be given a Player Hoard and given an array of random items, ranging from design altering items to miscellaneous materials. You're welcome to apply these to your geno, or Wild yore, as you like, or save them for future use! You can see what your items do here.
You may also get these through the Crafting and Shop channel; just list your dA Username and state you're claiming your Starting Items! (Especially useful if you got your starting geno before the items were auto-delivered!)
Your Starting Items consist of:
500 Gold
x3 Basic Nest
x3 Random Nest Materials
x2 Geno/Design Items
x1 Random Quest Kit
x5 Random Materials
(If through submitting a Wild Yore) x1 Seeker's Token
You may also claim two Starter breeding slots; One will be chosen, and one will be random (with the option to exclude one). Your random slot will not be the same as your chosen slot. These two do not have to be used together!
You'll be able to use your slots in Breeding, and you may use them in splits with other players!
