Coats, or integuement, are what covers the skin of the Yore. Ranging from smooth leathery skin, to long fur and feathers, the coat type is determined by a gene which can have a wide variety of codes.
Each 'type' of coat (such as skin, fur, or feathers) has its own code, which can be found at the end of a Yore's genotype. A heterozygous code will result in a less extreme version of the hom. coat, for example, the Barbary coat only covers the bottom of the Yore in long fur, leaving the top side fuzzy, while the Silken coat covers the entire Yore in long, silky fur.
Winglets display their coat type as well! Lineart for each coat can be found in the Winglets folder in your Import.
Cresting, Beard, and Crown are not optimized for every coat type, but you may NEATLY edit these for free to make them appear under or over your Yore's coat!
Markings may extend their range onto any integument which touches the Bald marking range. (For example, Underside on Barbary would extend down to the extremities of the belly fur.)
