Jansburg is a small village of Solamnia that is located just south of a fork in the Vingaard River. Across the river and directly north is Vingaard Keep. It is most notable for a squire by the name of Berthel Brightblade who fought off Goblin and Hobgoblin attackers saving the town and a Dwarf named Romgar Firesteel. The dwarf later went on to make the Brightblade. A large inn called the Red Goblin is a popular destination for Knights of Solamnia, as well as a tomb where many Knights are buried in honor of Berthel Brightblade.
