Slavik Blackmoor was a Duergar who would  meet with the Ogre Shaman (Bleakstar) once a week when he comes out from the mountain.

Captain Rel Twomoon explained that if Blackmoor were to “meet an accident” it would set back the Duergar (as they’d fight for who is the next chief) and severe the link that Bleakstar has with the Duergar – at least for a short while.
