Tinkerpopper is a Tinker Gnome who had been given rough plans of a Device of Time Journeying by Aushlay (Silvereyes) before she'd been captured by the Black Dragon Army of Blödehelm. When a group of adventurers rescued her and returned to him, he was able to complete the recreation of the Device of Time Journeying, assuring them that he'd made some adjustments to "improve it." He also led a rebellion against the Ogres and Humans of the Black Dragon Army by using faulty experiments as bombs to blow up their catapults and buildings (doing his best to due minimal harm to people, maximum harm to their contraptions).
