Morgan Zahra was a hardened female sailor who met the owner of the Riptide Inn in Haligoth. She convinced him to extend the building and a tavern, which she made a habit of frequently visiting (and consuming plenty of alcohol), and usually paid off her debt by sleeping with the owner - a male human named Tolliman Evergreen. Morgan and Tolliman shared many passionate nights together when she came into town; but she had to always leave again, setting sail out in the sea, delivering trades and doing who knows what else. Tolliman suspected that he was not Morgan's only lover, but the truth of the matter was, he had actually fallen in love with her. She told him she could not do "love" and turned him away. Unable to bear the idea of seeing her time and time again when her ship came into dock, Tolliman handed the Riptide Inn and Tavern to her and left. Strangely enough, when Tolliman left, Morgan suddenly realized how much she needed and missed him. Her consumption of alcohol increased as she gave up sailing and took care of the Riptide Inn and Tavern in hopes that Tolliman might one day return, because she was too prideful to seek him out or send him a message, to say she'd needed him. Her hardened life and ability to fight and defend herself quickly made her popular in Haligoth and when the previous mayor of the port passed away, she was the easy choice. 

Her fate remains unknown after the attack on Haligoth.
