Teachers are expected to dress in a professional manner. Shirts that expose midriffs and dresses or skirts, which are more than three inches above the knee, are not appropriate dress attire. Clothing should be neat, clean, and free from tears and distractions. 

Every Friday is designated as school spirit day. All faculty are encouraged to wear a Deer Park Middle Magnet School shirt or College/University shirt to promote staff unity, school community and college aspirations.
