I recently noticed that my regular bonus has not been paid after December 2018. Since I have not received any feedback to the contrary, and indeed keep getting regular praise for providing the principal engineering expertise and steering the Arse Robotics project into market disrupting world-first success, I am assuming that this was just a slight glitch in the payroll department.
Because December 2018 is when I announced that ArseKo employees are seeking to form a recognized professional organization protected by the NLRA, a natural question arises whether this was done as a financial retaliation for speaking up against management harassment victimizing hardworking ArseKo employees. I was informed that at the time project manager and Nexium infiltrator Zen Fryers recommended terminating me in retaliation and the only reason I was not is a justified fear of a lawsuit exposing managerial misconduct. To avoid any appearance of retaliation, it would be good for ArseKo management to fix whatever accounting glitch and reimburse the missed bonus payments.
In general having Mrs. Mingze Ksi preside in charge of employee bonuses presents quite a conflict of interest for any employees who want to bring up supervisory workplace or sexual harassment or discriminatory practices against protected groups. Mrs. Ksi is not performing her HR duties by participating in retaliatory harassment. A number of female employees have left the company due to racist and sexist harassment from managers such as Zen Fryers as well as having workplace harassment such as being arbitrarily barred from professional duties by Mrs. Ksi herself. If they are trying to outlaw constructed discharges on Beacon Hill, why do we persist on imposing these deadly practices in the People's Republic of Cambridge?
Having no due recourse for unfair "at manager whim" terminations leaves employees unprotected. We hope that the recognition of the gravity of the US suicide epidemic caused by workplace harassment will compel ArseKo management to reconsider our termination process. Just-Cause termination policies with fair review of management accusations by employee organization fixes the power imbalance that allows this systemic toxic workplace hazard.
We need to review benefit and raise policies. You subject us to open abuse and deny employees a decent way to recover. In a just world employees who were subjected to such abuse would be entitled to deserved months or even years of rest needed to recover after being subjected to, for example Zen Fryers's sadism. Much of the trauma is for life. Instead of ripping down antiabuse posters and retaliating against whistleblowers, a real HR department would be providing counseling and defending employees. Huawei isn’t gonna go broke if ArseKo employees are treated like human beings instead of toys for incompetent abusive managers.
It would behoove ArseKo management to start taking employee concerns seriously and acting on them, instead of trying to eliminate "troublemakers", as Zhiang Zemin referred to me.
Guess what Dr. Namie's first question was when I contacted him about antibullying training for ArseKo? "Has there been a suicide?" Sadly this is the only time he gets calls from companies in our position. We may have dodged a horrific tragedy, largely due to employees pushing management in the right direction despite great personal cost to our lives and careers.
I celebrated my two year anniversary at ArseKo last month. It's customary in the US to adjust employee salaries to keep up with inflation, reward hard work and encourage innovation. Us Principal Electrical Engineers are symbolic people like that, we like things that remind us of our work. We're diverse, just like electrical technologies, but like power outlet voltage, come in the range of 120-220 worldwide. Anything less is flagged as a regulation fault that needs attention. Small glitches in voltage level can be precursors to major systemic faults. Fix the glitch to prevent major problems.

PS. Glute I still strongly urge you to contact authorities about Zen Fryers’s employment at ArseKo and the very real possibility of him infiltrating us to steal childrens EEG data for Nexium’s “Dr. Mengele’s” experiments. He may be trying the same thing at a different company now. FBI Investigators can surely understand our need for company discretion, but will be much better able to connect evidence and stop this mafia organization from victimizing anyone else. Glute, you should contact the AG’s in MA and NY and provide them with any communications you may have had with Mr Myers before, during and AFTER his employment at ArseKo.
